Monif?: Manager at approximately 2:30pm. 4/2/25, refused my order because I asked him to clean the knife off before he cut my sandwich because I’m a vegan. He said “this is the veggie knife”, and I told him I’m vegan, I don’t eat any dairy products and you cut a veggie sandwich that had cheese and mayonnaise on it. I asked him to clean the knife off and he just rinsed it in water. I asked him to actually clean the knife with soap and water or use another clean knife and he refused my order. I also recorded this encounter.

7pm and this location is completely dead through my whole interaction. My sandwich was just getting made when I walked in after having have ordered at least 15 mins prior. The man behind the counter was the absolute worst so rude and whole interaction was very rushed. I’ve never had an experience like this at any of the surrounding locations. Will definitely be sticking to my regular friendly store. Worst service don’t go here the man also treated me like i was beneath him with the way he talked. No one else was here and when I asked why he was so rude he claim he was busy yet no one waiting or in lot when I arrived or left.

I placed an order through Grub Hub. I ordered a combo meal which included a footlong, chips and drink. I ordered a second bag of chips to reach their $10 minimum. When the order came I was missing the bottle of water. The delivery driver tried to tell me i didn’t order a drink, showing me the order receipt and I pointed out the last item, which was the bottle of water I ordered. I initially said not to worry about it and then found out I was also missing the second bag of chips. When I called, I couldn’t understand what he was saying, then I was hung up on. I called back and and told then not to worry about bringing it back, just refund my card. He said he had to talk to the manager and would call me back, without taking my information. Again, was hung up on as i tried to give my phone number. Will never order from them again!

I just got a footlong sandwich from this location. The service was good and everything was fine. Until I got home and found a long piece of black hair baked into the bread. At first I thought it was just my hair but as I pulled it, it was actually inside the bread. Threw my entire sandwich out after that.

Whenever I get my sandwich which is footlong with Pepperoni, Salami, Marinara, Lettuce, Tomato, Baja Chipotle, Creamy Siracha the guy always put care into making it like it’s a cute little baby. Never had any issues with this place for 5 years of coming.

I am not sure if they don’t get a lot of traffic or maybe I just happened to be here at the wrong time but the vegetables were on the old side. Tomatoes, lettuce, and onions were visibly soggy and appeared to have been stored for a while. Sorry guys I usually write positive reviews but this is important to me (“eat fresh”).

I have uber snack rewards and on uber app. shown the location to redeem my uber snack. I requested drink and cookie and showed it to a cashier and he refused give it to me and said that they are not with uber anymore.
