I’m giving this location 3 out of 5 stars. The sandwich itself was good, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
I ordered takeout and added notes requesting that the sandwich be cut in half and napkins be included. Neither of these requests were followed. I understand I could have grabbed napkins myself, but it would have been nice if the staff had reminded me.
I also had a bag of chips to pick up, which I could have easily forgotten—thankfully, I remembered on my own.
The staff did provide me with a cup for my drink, but when I tried to get Dr Pepper, the dispenser only gave water or another drink entirely. I switched to Mountain Dew, which looked fine, but tasted watered down, so I ended up throwing it away.
Another thing to note is that I sometimes have difficulty understanding the staff due to their strong accents. I do my best to follow what they are saying, but it would be helpful if they could speak a bit more slowly.
Overall, it was a decent sandwich and an okay experience. However, if this Subway location can make small improvements in attention to detail and drink quality, it could offer a much better customer experience.

I placed an order online and added “please put tuna on the side and not in the sandwich since I’m eating this meal later”
They did the exact opposite. I asked for pepper Jack cheese, they gave my a white cheese.
The guy borderline refused to at least take the tuna out.

Only one employee who did not speak English. I wanted a pastrami sandwich, and he kept saying salami over and over, I am guessing he did not understand that the two are not the same thing.I was forced to work out that the store no longer sold pastrami. The store was a bit unclean and smelled of something burned (not a food item more of a plant). I now understand why that location was empty. I will never shop there again

I came in ordered a sandwich and the guy barely put chicken in my sandwich it was filled with other things to try and hide the fact that there wasnt any chicken. Also when i was picking what to add on my sandwich, i wanted to add some lettuce..whats a sandwich without lettuce. The lettuce was so old and pink and moldy. Someone needs to check on the food quality isnt subway all about that anyways, So disappointed.

Ordered a small turkey sandwich with extra cheddar cheese. The dude barely puts mayonnaise on the bread, doesn’t smear the mayonnaise on to the bread, few thin slices of turkey and he used shredded cheddar cheese but only put a small amount on. I asked if he had sliced cheddar like every other sandwich shop has and he said no. If it weren’t for the 3 slices of tomato and four pickle slices, the sandwich would have blown away with a slight breeze. After eating my sandwich, I was still so hungry like I had ate nothing so I went across the street and ordered a small pizza. I spent just under 12.00 for probably a 5in sandwich and a bottle of coke that didn’t even satisfy me like it usually did in the past. You raise the prices and remove a large percentage of the product. Good thing that Coca-Cola still gives you 16oz cokes and doesn’t remove any ounces from the bottle. Unbelievable! Probably going to find another sandwich shop for the whole family moving forward. There are other sandwich shops that charge 12.00 for a sandwich but you literally get a sandwich.
