Hun you’re great and all but next time when I purchase 2 small things, could it not be $11. Oh and there are 37 Gummi bears right here and that’s after I ate 16 of them while trying to enjoy the oreos in my ice cream that look nothing like the picture advertised . Deworm me next time please .

Got a QPC meal across the street wanted a chocolate shake but of course Ray Croc’s crew was, “Waiting on parts.” Cold fries and burger, and my almost no ice Barq’s sat on the counter for ten minutes while, “Waiting on fries.” Ordered on the kiosk to speed things up but all they did was the drive thru. Came to get a buster bar consolation ice cream but the thing had melted, refrozen and grainy icy milk wuteva tasted like chalk-colored slush so soggy the fudge dropped off, peanuts were as chewy as shoe leather and had to use the restroom to wash the mess off my hands. See the pic to see how that went and how this place treats paying customers. Don’t even stop at this place or the “Ellis Avenue” Jackson MS MikkyDuds (Read Gargle Maps certainly calls it someplace on US80.) across the street.

Came through traveling, Gave the cashier a heads up that the rest of the family was coming in a total 19 people.
Cashier gave a look of disgust and rolls eyes
Another worker locked bathroom door, said it was “out of order” a customer in store Informed us that was not true because she had just used it. Making a long story short.we informed the manager and took our money somewhere else.

I spent $50 with them and had to drive around and wait on my food just for my ice cream to come out looking like this!! The cups were not clean nor did the lids fit correctly on the cups!!

I visited drive thru today around 4pm. The cashier and manager had horrible attitudes. I wanted to add to my order the cashier refused. When I asked why she became rude stating “I don’t make the rules” note the fact I’m the only customer in line at this point. I pull around again she gets upset and sends someone else which is the manager to the window. This lady was worse! I felt like I was a burden spending my money at this location. Customer service training is need ASAP! To top it off they gave me cold food.

This is the worst DQ I ever been too. The service was okay she took our order in timely matter, the issue was the food was terrible. The two cheeseburgers patty seem old and rubbery. Food was cold and nasty. Fries were old and cold. I’m we end up throwing all away and felt like a waste of my money. The only good was the ice cream.

Horrible service and food. We stopped by to grab something to eat, the lady taking orders in the drive thru was not paying attention and kept on forgetting our order. She kept asking us to repeat it after making us wait by the speaker because she wasn’t saying anything. Once we received our food we parked in the parking lot because they don’t open the lobby doors for the public so it’s drive thru only. The food tasted old and greasy. Not only that but it was also cold. I love the food at dairy queen but this particular location definitely doesn’t meet expectations. It was disgusting.

The young lady cashier was super sweet! She offered us menu items based on our interactions while we waited to order. She wasn’t annoying, or continually asking us what we’d like to order. We ended up getting a “snack,” hamburger kids meal (plain) with fries and no ice cream. I got an order of pretzel sticks for myself.
After getting our food, which was freshly made, the burger had cheese on it. I took the burger back because my husband can’t have cheese and asked them for a new one. The lady was really nice again and just asked the cook to remake it and he just argued with her. She argued back asking him to pull it back up on the screen so she could prove to him that she entered the order correctly. I’m not going to lie, I was scared he would spit in the new burger but I let it go.
When I got the new burger, checked it – just as fresh as before! I think this was a simple mistake, everyone makes them. I wish they hadn’t argued in front of me though, it made me regret ordering the item.
