I could not agree more with the previous reviews. I’ve been to this location more than once and every time I pre-order on the app it takes 25 to 30 minutes bare minimum and that’s for even one straightforward drink. The employees are not approachable, which makes it that much harder. When I did get my drink, the Matcha was extremely lumpy, and all that in the bottom of the drink, not even close to blended. (It did not sit and settle like that. They handed it to me like that.)

I rarely leave reviews, however this Starbucks location is truly awful.
Expect to wait at least 30 min for a small cup of coffee EVERYTIME. Also expect to be treated like an inconvenience for simply placing an order. I went through the drive through at 7 pm tonight and it took over 35 min for two small drinks. Not to mention the girl working at the register should not be working in customer service.

It’s so disappointing that ordering in person does nothing to trump mobile orders of people not at the store. All I ordered was a water and plain iced tea. Both just get poured in a cup no fanciness. But because of all of the red cup day mobile orders they told me I had to wait until those were gotten through since they were ahead of me. I thought Starbucks was working to resolve this issue. I guess not

They’re slow they slow don’t pay attention my two danishes were sitting on the counter by the microwave where they were talking about something that had nothing to do with coffee and wait 10 minutes for that then I had asked for it and they gave it to me

One of baristas in this store is treating people differently. I ordered a cup of Americano and waited for almost half an hour. The person who placed the order in front of me got his food and drinks in just 5 minutes.

I checked in with the barista, and he said my order is still in line, and I have to wait for it. Then after I checked several times and a dozen of drinks have been picked up, it is still not my turn. It is just a cup of Americano which was filled into a cup within 1 minute.

I understand there might be take out orders and drive thru orders, but I don’t believe there would be a dozen of orders between the person before me and me.

I sincerely doubt the intention of this barista, and I hope the manager of this Starbucks should take care of this case seriously.

Our mobile order took over 10 minutes to come up. I ordered my coffee before my daughter, yet my order came up after hers. Although mobile orders are supposed to be faster than waiting in line, that didn’t appear to be the case.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!
Takes the baristas 30min for 2 Drinks
You will most likely request a refund.
This Starbucks needs major help with more baristas or even multiple managers for it to run smooth.

I will never order from this Starbucks again!!!!

Don’t get me wrong, a Starbucks is Starbucks. For some odd reason however it’s is the Prunedale location which has lids that never fit for their iced drinks. Like I thought it was a once or twice thing but it’s now happened again where I spill my drink on myself because of it. I just simply put it in the cup holder after and the lid popped off. Please get this fixed. They also made a bad sweet cream cold brew which is weird considering they all use the same recipe.

I usually don’t post not great reviews, but there were several issues at this Starbucks. Fairly dirty restroom, no hand towels. Some offensive language by an employee at the front register when we came up to make our purchase (I think she was a shift manager because she was asking other employees to sign some paperwork to get paid). We asked for a cup of ice in addition to our paid order; was told “it has to go through the system like the rest of the orders” while two employees kept talking to each other at the front register without helping get the ice or help with other orders. The main guy barista & drive through team looked like they were working pretty hard, but not being helped much by the people at the register (maybe this is their system, not sure). Definitely prioritizing mobile orders for people who were not (yet) there vs in-store customers. Five minutes later, we needed to leave (without the cup of ice).
