We went to another establishment down the road, and they ignored us. All they cared about was the drive thru, and ignored the customers in their dining room. Not so at this Burger King. The young lady waited on us promptly. Our food was hot and the associates were courteous. I told the manager Kendra, how much my wife and I appreciated their service!

I’ve never been so DISGUSTED! It was cold. Soggy. And HAD A LONG PIECE OF HAIR IN IT. If u wanna know how NASTY that is imagine pulling a long piece of hair out of ur throat while eating . On top of that I can’t even get my drinks?? Gross.

NEVER again. Just went to this location on a Sunday morning 07/27/25, waited 10 minutes for a single car to move. Get to the window and get my order called back out to me to ensure its right. Was given no syrup for my french toast sticks. Parked after driving off and went back in to get it. Get home and find out even my sandwich isn’t right. It’s some steak biscuit when I ordered a sausage egg and cheese. THEY LITERALLY JUST CALLED IT BACK TO ME. To top it off the hashbrowns I ordered are over cooked. Will NEVER be going back to this location. Close it down. I will be calling/writing corporate right now.
EDIT: Make sure you contact corporate about your issues. You can access the chat at the bk websites support page. At first it will be a bot, but you eventually will get a prompt to type, ask for a human and it will ask you a few questions and allow you to type your complaint, then the rest of the dialogue is carried out through emails. Doubt it’ll make a difference, but maybe we can at least get the location shut down. I’d rather have no option to eat anywhere (would be healthier anyways) than one that can’t get your order right, serves cold food, has their hair in it, has uncooked meat, etc. as the reviews here indicate.

The atmosphere is calm because I usually go right before the lunch crowd. I wish we could give half stars because the bread be stale sometimes on my burger, fish or chicken Jr. I wasn’t able to return it all the time because I’d be on my way to work. Now I skip it.

UPDATE:NEW REVIEW, Just went to BK for supper. And again they didn’t fail to disappoint again. 1st problem was they only had three employees working, total. 2nd problem the two working the front, were to busy taking care of the drive-Thur.. The hardest worker was the guy in back, who was running the Burger board and the speciality boards. I only ordered, 1- fish sandwich, 1- chicken sandwich, 1- onion ring and 1- medium. fry. And it took almost 20 minutes. I worked at this same
store when I was a teenager, and I can still recall the recipes and cook times. And it shouldn’t have took more than 5 minutes to cook,fix and wrap the sandwiches. What is wrong with this store? Yeah today was a holliday but everyone don’t get off. This store and the McDonald’s in this same area have a Big problem. You are losing customers fast, and they aren’t coming back. You guys need a lot of help and professional training. Your work ethics prove that you aren’t doing any proper training. Maybe tarboros BK will be one of the stores they close. The news reported that B.K. was closing 100 stores in Eastern N.C. Good luck, the Big Wigs are coming to inspect, will you stay ,or go.

When I need to stop for fast food, I’m going to Burger King more and more. The food is always fresh. My order is correct. Drive thru employees are polite. The line usually moves at a reasonable speed if you have to wait. Even if it’s out of the way of where I’m going, it’s worth it.
