. Wow! First time at this barbecue establishment, and it absolutely did not disappoint.
We tried the barbecue salad, brisket chili, onion rings, and finished with a chocolate cream pie for dessert — everything was delicious.
Ohh and they give you softest warmed cheese biscuits as a free starter! I purchased 1/2 dozen to go
Even though it was a fairly busy Sunday mid‑afternoon, we never felt overlooked. We had several associates checking in on us, and both Alexis and Ryan made sure we had everything we needed. Their welcoming, timely service really made the experience stand out.
Overall, great food, great service, and a great first visit. I’ll definitely be back.

Different setup from Conyers, GA location. Order first and then sit. Tip is asked about upon ordering but you may want to wait. Confusing what or who the tip is for, because noone assisted after bringing the bread and the order until asked. A really nice guy began helping towards the end of our meal so he got tipped additionally. The setup is more open and bright in comparison to the other location. Not too fond of it the setting, nor the pay-first method; however, the food was on point. All of it was tasteful and pleasureful with no mistakes made. Had half chicken white meat (really moist), Carolina sauce, mac and cheese, and baked beans, catfish, brisket mac and cheese balls, chicken tenders, fresh fruit, cheese biscuits.

The food is always AMAZING! The biscuits are the best around. Trinity is incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Service like that makes you want to come back! Chris is an amazing manager and you can tell he really cares about his staff and customers. I will always recommend Jim ‘N Nick’s!

We came here cause they are famous for their for the ribs or so I was told, everything came out looking good the fries and mac was great the ribs 2nd to worse ive had in my life after 35 mins of trying to saw the meat off to eat I was over it. Im use to fall clean off the bone ribs, they had a good flavor to them but thats really all they had going for them and at almost 19 for a half rack and 35 for a full ill rather go to longhorns for ribs

The food was done properly we enjoyed deviled eggs “small”, onion rings “Small, only 5 rings” folks are greedy. Mac and cheese brisket balls. Brisket and sausage with collar greens and beans.
Everything had good flavor, the brisket did not have any smoke ring or bark to it. The sausage was tasty.
No lemonade they were out. The white BBQ sauce was flavorful. The table is served with some cheese corn bread. There are photos of wood fired smokers, however I do not believe that a smoker is used here!

This place never disappoints! I’ve tried other bbq places, but this one gets my stamp of approval. Tender brisket hot fresh fries delicious Mac & cheese. Sooooo good!

Been to this location a few times. Usually for dinner with a large group. Love getting the giant nacho platter for the table for this type of gathering. This time I just stopped in for lunch with my family. It was awesome. Daughter got baby back ribs, wife got the smoked chicken salad and I had a burger. We also ordered the brisket Mac and cheese bites. And of course a few plates of the cheddar biscuits. Everything we ordered was on point. We must have said 5 times since that we made the correct choice for lunch today. Brenda the dining manager was very active in dining room and kept making sure we didnt need anything. Very nice for not really standard table service restaurant.

Food is mostly okay, BBQ chicken and smoked wings were good but the Mac balls were not that great. I don’t understand why there are so many reviews raving about the service. Service is almost nonexistent, you have to wait in a line to order and fill your own drink. I was never checked up on and I had to get up and ask for a to go container. Seems misleading to have a tip screen when you pay upfront with its like 90% self service.
