I was initially skeptical about this restaurant, but when I was invited for a birthday dinner and it was the birthday celebrant’s choice, I was pleasantly surprised. The experience struck a perfect balance between casual dining and fine dining. Everything was fresh and full of flavor, and the service was excellent. Overall, it turned out to be a wonderful dining experience.

Always an outstanding dining experience. I routinely order chow fun w Zen (aka tofu). My husband and I love this restaurant. We are usually seated quite promptly without reservations, but I think their reservations are ideal for them on busy Saturday nights. Thank you for being one of the best restaurants in the Berkshires. Andy was our server and she was Lovely.

Food was very good pan Asian which normally I don’t try as I’ve been spoiled with access to some of the best various Asian foods in the country in NYC.
However the sushi was decent, the drunken noodles good, and the tempura not so bad.
Portions very large! Took home a lot.

Treated my Uncle and myself to a delicious meal here at the bar. We shared the tuna tempura roll. He had a red curry bowl and I had the drunken noodles ala Jaes. Everything was nothing short of stellar. Don’t let it fool you because its in a lodging establishment, good eats are had here!

The food is absolutely delicious! Great wine selections, nice decor, friendly staff, and very clean. Knowledgeable staff gave wonderful dinner recommendations. My kids actually ate all their food! I would take another trip just to eat here again. Love it!

Tyler was an attentive and helpful waiter but must speak louder for us old farts. Wife had the work sea bass dish and was pleased with presentation, size, taste. Duck dish was deep fried and was plentiful but not a stellar dish. Bartender made a fabulous bullet Manhattan. Very pleasant vibe

Superb food, in a somewhat surprising location! We were all super impressed by how unbelievably good the quality, flavor, texture and sheer taste of the food was, specially considering the fact that this restaurant is within a hotel (Hilton Garden Inn). Do not hesitate even for a second – this is a must visit! The menu is practically “extremely” extensive – options ranging from Sushi, many Entrées, many Noodle options, and so on. This place has something for everyone. Every single one of us in my party had varying food choices/preferences and yet we were all super impressed and we all left happy and satisfied. The only comment, if any, would be that the seating situation could be better. I understand that it is a part of the hotel lobby, but still. Will be back here the next time that we visit Pittsfield/Lenox.

2nd time here and I loved the food this time. I had the tuna nachos, spicy tuna roll, and a large hot sake.

We liked it, not a typical hotel restaurant. Looked like a lot of locals came for Christmas dinner. I enjoyed their take on hot and sour soup. The beets salad, bibimbap, drunken noodles, dumplings were also especially good
