Two kids running the store with absolutely no idea what they’re doing. Ordered an iced latte and was given a hot coffee. Told them it was supposed to be cold. Than the same hot coffee was given to me with a handful of ice cubes and was told it will cool down. Didn’t trust it and didn’t want to sit for another 15 minutes to have it be remade so I dumped it out in the drive through and left. 0/10 if I could.

There’s plenty to pick from and it’s neat to be able to watch the donuts being made. I ordered 6 custard filled donuts, they tasted very fresh but were lacking in the filling. I will go back but I wouldn’t get the custard donuts, if I’m wanting more of a plump filling. The young lady behind the counter was friendly and quick getting our order. As for cleanliness the dining area and the bakery looked pristine. However, the bathroom was in need of attention, it was fairly gross. Considering it was 10:30 on a Saturday, when I got there, I’m sure they had quite a few customers by that point. So with that in mind it is understandable that the restroom looked the way it did.

Been here 2 years in a row for my birthday to grab a free donut. If I don’t get rewards (which I did last year and it didn’t work) they will not even recognize or wish you a happy birthday. It is so frustrating because growing up we used to get a free dozen. I would not lie about it being my birthday but even a kind message or a smile would have made my day. We also saw 6-8 crows munching on donuts in the drive through, so you guys can’t give me a free one? I’m not a teenager just trying to get a free donut.

It’s definitely worth it to order from the app since they usually have some kind of deal or coupon to take advantage of. I’ve ordered pickup and both times my order was ready for me and correct when I arrived.
The seasonal donuts are fun to try but I think the glazed donuts are hard to beat. They also have coffee so you can complete the old coffee and a donut combo!

These are the worst looking donuts I’ve received in my life. Grocery store, generic donuts are more appealing. They should be embarrassed about the quality of food they are passing out that window. Not worth the money. They didn’t even taste like regular Krispy Kreme.

That hot and fresh sign is like a beacon in the night! If I see that sign on and am in the wrong lane watch out because I am coming over. I have never been disappointed and who cares about the customer service, after all it is hot and fresh doughnuts, but the customer service is good.

Stopped by while my car was getting worked on. They were happy to share the wifi password so I could work while I waited. Donuts are Their espresso machine was down and the store felt a little unorganized and the floor needed to be mopped. Otherwise 5 stars.
