Last Saturday was my first time at this place and I had an absolute great time with my friends there until I read my receipt the next day. I was charged a “delivery fee” of $23 dollars and some change for a $103 bill with no prior notice. Honestly I don’t even know what this delivery fee is for as I ordered no food and went to the bar each time I needed a beverage. So no delivery even took place. Additionally the other couple who was with us was also charged a delivery fee of $21 or so. Second I notice a tip fee added to my bill. Yes they had a sign up behind the bar saying after 10pm you’ll be charged 20 percent, which I’m totally fine with, however we were there before 10 and the tip fee was $10 on a $103 bill so that’s not even 20 percent. The other party we were with were charged an additional $15 for a tip also. I have tried calling this establishment many times to get answers to the $34 dollars that was added to my tab without my consent but when I call I get an AI robot and leave a message with them and the AI robot ensures me someone will get in touch with me within 24 hour. It’s been over 36 hours since I first called and left a message and my husband has also tried to call and left a message with no response. It’s sad that this establishment is very fun place to hang out with friends because I won’t be going back and neither should you unless you like giving your money away for services not provided.
