I hate bad service, bad food and bad attitudes. With one exception, which was the pleasant young lady who started my order this place excelled at all three. Rank, I want my 13 dollars back but to complain would be a total waste of time as most of the staff flat out does not care about their product, performance, or common courtesy. I’m very disappointed I’ve been in 2* this week. I usually treat myself to place for the walnut shrimp that I love and enjoy. There was a heavy set tall Hispanic lady worrying the register. She overcharged me $2.30 I told her I was in day before yesterday and I paid $16.07 for the same meal she was charging me $18.37 for and instead of fix it she just stared at me like oh well. I work hard for my money and if I’m not gonna be heard and respected I’ll stop coming. Not to mention the portion size was for a 4 year which infuriated me. I look forward to someone from corporate making this right. Also you should know I door dash to my house once a week.

I normally order sweet fire chicken, but tonight I thought I would eat healthier and ordered the grilled teriyaki chicken breast. I can’t tell you how gross this meat is. Every piece has fat or some other weird spongey texture. Not to mention the meat is grey and brown. Looks nothing like the menu pic. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog. Disgusting. Panda is definitely off of my list.

The chow mein was absolutely disgusting it tasted like how permanent marker smells and when I asked the lady to replace my food for the rice instead she rolled her eyes and acted like I was an inconvenience. I do not recommend eating here.

Probably the worst I’ve ever had. Used to eat here all the time. Today will be the last. Rangoon fried past edible. Shrimp had black specs and rice was crunchy. Things have definitely went down hill for this place. They replaced the Rangoon but the center is now cold. Picked apart what was edible. Terrible experience!

I enjoy their crab rangoons, steamed veggies, orange chicken, and white rice. But it’s not the best I’ve had – the food is just okay. It’s very Americanized. Topeka is lacking in authentic food of other cultures in general, though.
They need to be mindful of WHO they have people facing because this woman I encountered attitude was just mean spirited. Firstly, I had to wait for 5-10 minutes, and then she literally PLOPS my bag on the counter.
