Dang Good is truly phenomenal!
Their vegan peanut sauté pho is absolutely incredible… rich, flavourful, and so comforting that you can genuinely taste the love poured into every bowl. The broth is unreal, easily some of the best I’ve ever had.
And please don’t leave without trying the green onion cakes. I’m not exaggerating when I say they are the BEST you will ever have. Crispy, soft, perfectly seasoned to absolute perfection.
It’s a dine-in or takeout spot, and the owner is one of the sweetest souls. Even after almost a year of not visiting, he still remembered my order. That kind of warmth is rare, and it makes the experience even more special.
If you’re vegan or halal, highly, highly recommend. This place is a total gem! ✨

Best Pho and broths we have ever had…no joke! Wanted something close to the office and had never been here. So glad we found you. The flavour and freshness are noticeable and you leave wanting more. We even took two orders to go it was so good. Staff/Owners are friendly and very helpful. This will be a new regular spot for us since it’s so close to our office.

First time visitors to Dang good and I have to say – From the food the the service, we had an amazing meal. The dining room is clean and functional- we opted for a seat by the kitchen. The menu is easy to read, lots of great options and simplified. We ordered the seafood pho and the spicy lemongrass beef pho – I couldn’t resist the BBQ pork chop on rice when I spotted it on the menu so we opted to split the chop instead of our usual salad roll, green onion starter combo. The soup? Sweet lord, the perfect heat, the broth was clean and delicious and the meat was fantastic. The pork chop? Even better than it looks on the menu. I strongly suggest the next time you are seeking cozy, delicious comfort food; make the stop in. You won’t regret it.

Greeted with a smile and sat promptly at 12noon on a weekday! Pretty sure it was the owner who greeted me and took my order. Fairly busy with a few tables of people. Took my time ordering as I read my book. Started with shrimp salad rolls ($11 for 4) because of the decent price. Didn’t opt in for the shredded mango at an extra $ but maybe next time! Time inbetween the salad rolls and rare beef pho. Which was perfect. I find many places rush everything out at once. Very relaxed vibe. Enjoyed the ambiance and my food. Most sauces I needed were at the table. Room to move as tables were spread out. Very clean. Fast friendly and fresh service haha The server made some fun jokes. Seemed to know how to work a room and make everyone feel at home.
Not a vegetarian but a huge vegetarian menu! Which peaked my interest. I quickly sent a photo of said menu to a friend suggesting we come back another time to check it out! Been eyeing this place up for at least a year or two, appointments bring me to the area. Very pleased with my overall experience. I’d suggest you check it out! Prices were very reasonable and food was top notch!

My boyfriend took me here because it’s one of his favorite restaurants in the area. And after eating here, I can understand why.
The space had a bunch of tables to choose from. We came just before the lunch rush on the weekend so we had more seating options to choose from. Wait time wasn’t too long for food. But I only saw one guy waiting on all the tables and a woman popping in and out to serve food from the kitchen, so that’s understandable.
We ordered the Green Onion Pancake and the Bun Bo Hue without pork. The Green Onion Pancake was fluffy, flavorful, and tasty. And the Bun Bo Hue was so delicious. The broth was light but still very good and flavorful too. There was a good amount of beef pieces and all the veggies tasted crunchy and fresh.
Everything we ordered was fantastic. And the service was even better. We were greeted warmly, were always checked on, and we even shared part of our culture with the man serving us. I will never forget the way we were treated and how down to earth he was. This was the first time I was here but it definitely won’t be the last.

When I first started coming here many years ago I was vegan, and even though I’m not anymore I still order the vegan pho – it’s that great! The family who runs the restaurant is also very kind, and the service is always fast. Genuinely one of the best spots in the whole city ♡
