I had a taste for “delicious ” fried chicken. I decided to go to Popeyes with the expectation of a delicious fried chicken meal. I ordered take out. When I arrived home and sat down to eat, I discovered the chicken was either overcooked, or re-heated beyond reason. The side order of red beans and rice was equivalent to two teaspoons for an extra $3.99. Wow! Usually it’s pretty good. I may give them another try, but not anytime soon. I walked in and ordered my food.

If I could give less stars I would. Took almost an hour to get three sandwiches and fry’s. Sandwiches sat out and were cold busy the time we got our food. Wouldn’t comp our order or give us fresh sandwiches for there poor performance. Said sorry we can’t it’s just us. What a sad place. Will NEVER go back.

Ordered one 3 piece chicken tender meal. Two cars in front of me and no customers inside. Got asked to pull up and waited over 15 minutes. 1 person taken the order and payment, 1 cook, and one worker playing on their phone. Just ridiculous.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Not only is the staff always miserable and rude but you’ll be lucky to get the food you ordered let alone hot. I ordered food tonight and what did I get? My entire order was lukewarm and missing an entire side. They had me wait for fries so 2 of the fries were hot and everything else lukewarm. Then the other fry that was lukewarm wasn’t even full!!! Whoever runs this place is a joke and is incompetent just like the workers. Save your money and go elsewhere unless you’re okay with crappy service.

Best service I’ve ever had at a Popeyes. The manager was very helpful. The food came out quick, fresh and hot! My coworker forgot his sandwich and the manager flagged us down before we left the parking lot. Highly recommend.

Honestly would never go back here if my life depended on it. Food was horrible, old and tasted like it was cooked in days old fryers. Not to mention, I witnessed the general manager being very sarcastically rude towards her employees and customers. Not a very good look on her. One of the days I stopped by, I noticed she had her child with her and by all means if that’s what you have to do to make your money and have a babysitter at the same time, so be it, but her child was coughing all over the food in the back, which is absolutely DISGUSTING and unsanitary. She also seemed as if she was nodding off while on the phone talking to customers. Would NEVER recommend this place unless it was for your dog.

I love Popeyes but come on mane, we spend nothing less than 10$ no matter what you get. Y it’s 1 scoop of red beans rice n here. It’s the same with all sides but the meal alone $15 ion understand what we paying for anymore
