So I ordered a whopper meal and paid extra for it be upsized to large but they didn’t even fill up the fries, and they slapped 7 -8 pickles on it with no onion! I asked for no tomato ! So where is my onions? And where the hell is my lettuce? Grrrrr I love BK but I’m super pissed bc I paid over $10 for this meal and it’s very disappointing! And why does the soda always taste like crap? Grrrr! They was fast is the only plus tonigth! I should have just went to McDonald like I planned to In the first place!

Whoppers are made without cheese, I never specify “add cheese”. If anything I make sure to say “no cheese”. This location seems to smash the “add cheese” button by default. Several sandwich all meant to come with no cheese arrived with cheese, staff needs some retraining, Whoppers are a hamburger, not a cheeseburger, stop putting your preferences on my order.

If cooperate would start using or even offering round egg or fresh cracked egg with the white & yolk, like how the other fast food joints here in town are making their eggs, I bet they’d make more $$, just saying!

Out of fries! No mozzarella fries or half of the other menu items either. Chicken nuggets were old and hard. Staff not very friendly. Do better Burger King!

They cant seem to get any order correct. Then they tell you you are in some book, not really. Over $30 for a family and three of theeals are absolutely wrong or nasty. Not one ofthem.knows how to read since they couldn’t even get the correct sauces. Juat a complete crap show all around

We had a wonderful experience here. I struggled with how to combine the items that I wanted in my order. The girl taking my order was so kind and patient. She helped to combine my items into a combo meal. The food was hot and tasty! We will definitely be repeat customers.

Pull up to drive through, placed order. Pulled to window…they gave me someone else’s name. I stated mine and how much my total should be and the woman at the window turned away from me, and didn’t say another word….looked at her screen for a minute and then slammed her window shut.
So I left. McDonald’s is cheaper anyway. So done.
