I was really disappointed with my experience here. This place used to have a friendly and welcoming environment, but that no longer seems to be the case. The associates were talking to each other and didn’t acknowledge customers as we walked in. I ordered a turkey and cheese wrap, but it had way too much cheese and hardly any turkey, making it inedible. The employee preparing the food looked unhappy to even be there. I’m not sure if the company is taking care of its staff, but it certainly doesn’t leave a good impression. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

Let me sub and add things to make my smoothie just right! Absolutely love this place! If your into smoothies give them a chance. Also, my GF dropped the bag of the smoothies today. And they, without question made her them all over again no extra charge. Outstanding service!

My order looked delicious but my burrito had litterally nothing in it ! And no avocado. My tropical green smoothie tasted like pure GINGER! It was spicy to drink . However , frank was very sweet and remade my food the correct way. I didn’t want to stress him by redoing my smoothie . His customer service and politeness to fix the issue was great. I know tips are probably split between workers but if I could’ve have tipped him only I would’ve have .

I ordered a drink and meal like normal. As the person who was helping me started to make my smoothie I asked for no turbo. (She had put the ice and some of the fruit in only). Another person butted in and said “she already made it, nope” very rudely. I asked the lady who was making it is the one shehad in her hand the one she wasmaking for me and the lady butted inagain louder and said “she ALREADY MADE IT” I said can I get it remade please and the personwho was helping me just put the smoothie to be blended and didn’t say anything.I was not serviced properly. The other ladywho was rude wentin the back and expressed her additional disdain for me loud enough for me to here. It made me feel very unwelcome. So i got a smoothie I can’t drink.

♀️ ♀️ ♀️ STILL one of the best locations in Michigan. Those young black ladies made me feel at home, helped me order exactly what i wanted & were very prompt! I’ll always go out my way to visit!!! smoothie . I couldn’t ask for more. Alittle expensive, but worth every penny!!!!

I am a person who eats TropicalSmoothie consistently throughout the week. This particular location lacks customer service, welcoming atmosphere, and basic decent respect for customers/consumers. I will not be visiting this location again. Poor work ethic and food is made sloppy.

I ordered on the mobile app a veggie wrap and got a chicken wrap. Call the store twice no answer after getting to work and realizing it was chicken. Definitely do not recommend this place they don’t know how to follow simple orders or answer the phone.

An employee reached into the register tossed money at me over a dispute customers picked up the money he tossed and I never got my money back the smoothie or my food horrible location and horrible company it’s been over a month and no one has contacted me I spoke to other locations and put in a formal complaint.. we literally almost came to blows in the store tossing credit card scanners etc and yet no one has even reached out to me regarding the issue plz avoid this location at all cost. Update still no one has reached out to me I contacted corporate other tropical locations still no refund no food no call back poor company poor service I feel extremely disrespected this is theft they took my money for products I never received have done absolutely nothing to try to resolve my issue first chance I get I’m suing this company I still have my documentation

Absolutely delicious. Everyone here is super nice, and it was no trouble at all to get a non-whey protein powder. I got a Mango Magic with strawberries instead of pineapple, and I am loving it. Quick service, and a clean cafe. 10/10. I will definitely be back!
