I ordered The four piece chicken, tender. I asked for it to be cooked to order the chicken tenders and the french fries. I was told it was cooking right then. When I got my food, I drove and parked right behind the building started to eat on the french fries and tenders. I thought about it for a few minutes and decided to go ahead and call the restaurant because the food was barely warm. The chicken tenders if they were just freshly cooked, they I would not have been able to eat them if they were hot. I would not have been able to bite into them. I called the location got the manager, who would not give me his name nor the corporate office phone number after talking with him for a couple of minutes. I advised him that my food was not cooked fresh. I asked him to replace my order to fresh food at a different time. He says it was 20 minutes ago, I tried to tell him that it took me a little while to decide to contact the location. I was not asking for a meal right then, but in the future when I came back to Dairy Queen, I would have liked to have my meal replaced.He would not do it nor would he give me my money back. At this point, the manager hung up on me. I called back because I was not sure if maybe the line dropped or if he hung up. He advised me he hung up on me. That is terrible customer service the worst I have ever experienced.

Went there and order 2 flavour milkshake and my daughter ordered a mini blizzard with nuts. I think the manager is the one that took the order. She was courteous and and both engaged in small talk. Our order was ready in less than 5 minutes. Of I could give it 6 stars I would and ten would be ideal, because the service, the food, the everything was perfect.

This was my first time going here and when I got my food which was a 7$ cheese burger meal I was soooo disturbed to find my food for one so hot and seem to be microwave or steamed or heated I was unaware that this was how they make food? I’m very disturbed and disappointed by my first time coming here I will never eat at Dairy Queen again

Never one to complain about my Blizzard having a little extra ice cream, but this was not okay. What happened to upside down or it’s free? This was literally how it was handed to me in the drive thru (lid on the bottom and everything). Photo was taken AFTER I ate some off the top so it wasn’t actively spilling and dripping like it was when handed to me. I’m not a confrontational person so I didn’t say anything to them. Wasn’t even offered napkins. Ya’ll want almost $7 for this? Won’t be back to this location. Had to spend literally 10 minutes cleaning up my cup BEFORE I could even enjoy my ice cream. What a disappointment.

Second time this order has been messed up at this location so i made sure to pull right back in and give them a chance to fix it. This is ROYAL blizzard that is supposed to have a fudge FILLED CORE. The worker was rude and wouldnt fixed it and just said there was fudge in it. The photos determined…that wasnt what i orded.

The crew working tonight definitely didn’t want to do their job, I was missing a pretzel in my order and also my brownie heath wasn’t made right. Brownie just thrown on top and when I got to the window I was informed they didn’t have heath but I think it was pure laziness. Don’t advise going at 9:30pm

Ordered a Chilli dog and, the hamburger meat was old and black!!! Why would serve a customer something like that? No, I wouldn’t and everything should be fresh! I don’t care how much it cost. One time I was trying to order some breakfast for my mom, and a lady came out and changed the sign from breakfast to lunch. I still had time to order breakfast. I even called their corporate office, and no one has said anything to this day!! .
