OMG I ordered a gigantic sub for my boyfriend and I to share. Ordered the roast beef and turkey. I thought it was a little pricey but then I saw them make it. They pile everything on. It was unbelievable. We took it to an establishment where we could watch a game. People kept looking at us enjoy our sub that they ordered theirs to be delivered. Our sub ended up making 2 meals for both of us. It was delicious both times.

But the staff I’d always kind & greets you, they put work in & you can tell they are trying their best, food always good in my experience

Busy as always… so it’s best to put your order in a head of time if you are on break for work but the staff is always nice, they always greet customers, do their best when it’s busy and the guys always hooked it up no matter what. Pm staff 8/7/25 really were trying and doing their best.
The biggest downside is that they do always take forever so expect to wait in line on average 20 minutes. I have set a stopwatch to see what the average is because every time I go I always feel like I’m waiting a ridiculous amount of time.
I have literally had my sandwich prepared waiting to be wrapped and it takes about 10 minutes to ring me up because they are completing online orders (mind me I’m literally at the register, + one person behind me) before even finishing the transaction. I’ve gone to other locations and they are perfectly fine (in and out in less then 5 – 10 mins total). I don’t know if the team just needs to be trained better but it is an ongoing consistent issue.

Literally stopped coming here because I end up waiting 20+ minutes beyond the time they say tp arrive to pick up my online order. So, I just stand there watching them help the walk-in customers that come and go before I get my sandwich. Makes no sense. Subway nearby has my sandwich ready before I arrive

2nd time back. Can make it healthy with wheat, turkey avocado, mozzarella and Mike’s Way. Giant lasted for 3 meals including breakfast the next day. Not too soggy cause of delicious bread. I’ll be back!

Only a 3 star had the nicest two gentlemen doing their best on a Sunday lunch rush. Extremely shorthanded and hopefully management can get it together before the business suffers. Good food clean but took a while because of staffing issues

Sandwiches are always good and fresh. Had to wait a while because they were making our sandwiches together with a customer who came in after us. They should have finished ours first, so we did not have to stand around waiting for someone else’s meat to be cut. When they cut our sandwiches, it was done sloppily and unevenly, making one side smaller than the other. It’s the little things that matter (customer service), especially when you’re paying so much.

Adam’s customer service was impeccable last week and even more impressive this evening. We learned abt additional popular sandwiches for us to order the next time we visit. His attitude was extremely refreshing while working the front alone as it got pretty busy while his coworker was putting away their delivery load. He informed customers in the line he would be right with and it was bit of a wait due to his huge online order after ours . His assistant with a smile was awesome to see as you don’t typically get that at most establishments today. The restaurant was also very clean. Love this location!!!
