Celiacs focus.
You are safe here, you are safe to communicate your needs clearly.

The gluten free fried chicken, is stupid good.
I challenge the chef to reverse engineer the waffles to be gluten free, as that combo was amazing! But the current waffles are not gluten free.

The reviews about the burgers were true, the double smash burger is my new favorite burger, get the bacon wrapped dates even if you don’t like dates.

The servers were very polite and seemed ready to take on our anxiety as we requested our gluten free questions.

Both were respectfully cute and engaging.

In closing, this is a gem hidden away and is 100% worth the drive if your passing through Vegas.

The chef has a deep understanding of both sauces and textures. meso paste is a subtle supporting flavor that they use so damn well, and their aioli’s!
The glutton title is earned and best fitting as the many flavor profiles were dialed in and left your mouth wanting more.

dare I say, a master of taming rich flavors….

GFG is off the strip, and beaten path, but a must stop for anyone looking for delicious “clean” options. A one-of-a-kind combination of atmosphere, super-friendly staff and, above all else, great food!

The fish tacos with salsa were fresh and delicious. Fries are lightly seasoned and much tastier than anything on the strip. The kicked-up ketchup is very flavorful and a pleasant departure from your average standard.

I came back a second night for the smash burger and fries and was not disappointed. So good!

Try the hibiscus tea as alternative to sugary, carbonated drinks. They also have GFG branded energy drinks (sugar-free) that are amazing!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Guilt Free Glutton is easily the best restaurant in Las Vegas! The food is absolutely amazing with a healthy twist, proving that you don’t have to sacrifice flavor when eating with care. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely mindful of dietary restrictions—yet there was nothing restricted about the taste.

I had the fish tacos, which were fresh, vibrant, and perfectly seasoned, while my husband had the Caprese Burger, which was rich, juicy, and unforgettable. Both dishes were paired with thoughtful sides that elevated the meal even further.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with creative touches that make it feel unique and memorable. It may feel a little off the beaten path, but once you discover it, you’ll be so glad you did. This place is a true hidden gem for locals and visitors alike.

Highly recommend—you’ll leave happy, full, and already planning your next visit.

A little out of the way, but definitely worth it! Portions are big, I had the steak salad and I had to take home half. Very fresh ingredients, server was very helpful and polite. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Vegas

Stopped by for a meal that would include some vegetables and got their Teriyaki Bowl with grilled tofu. It was spectacular. Perfectly cooked broccoli with a nice crisp and nicely flavored bowl including brown rice. A member of our party had Celiac Disease and the restaurant has easily identified gluten free options as well as a dedicated fryer to avoid cross contamination for any fried foods. Highly recommended if you are looking for great food at a reasonable price in the airport area of Vegas.

This place is a hidden gem for sure, funky cool vibes. Like your friends have designed a cool diner and their stoner uncle who is a retired upscale chef makin’ up concoctions in the back. Bacon wrapped dates should not be missed!

Very cool place to grab lunch. I had the steak sandwich with a side salad, and the sandwich was one of the best I’ve had in my entire life. I was shocked to recieve perfect medium-rare. The salad with raspberry vinaigrette was good but slightly more bitter than I prefer (not more sweet just a little less bitter). The waiter was very attentive and friendly. I recommend trying this unique little place.

Great little place out of the beaten path.

The team here is very friendly and made sure we were very well accommodated. The place it not large but also not small. They menu is very diverse and makes it easy for vegetarians in our group

The food is delicious and very well portioned for the price.

Will definitely return.

We are both obsessed! I am celiac and they have a separate fryer for their fries if you ask! The gluten free bun was the best I have had. The burger was juicy and delicious. Our server is calm, kind, and knowledgeable! Ask for DJ! This place is adorable! I highly recommend coming here once, because you will come back!

I went to this restaurant on a Tuesday afternoon at 11:30am for lunch. My review is based on my experience. I met an employer that I was working with there. I am Vegan and he is not.

The restaurant was completely empty when I first arrived. It filled up by 12:30pm. There is outdoor seating and I counted 2 high chairs. The restaurant was clean and the waitress was kind but not the most attentive. I ordered the Vegan Beyond Burger and my guest had the Turkey burger.

I thought my burger was one of the best that I’ve ever had! It was really amazing! My guest also enjoyed his Turkey burger as well. The atmosphere is laid back and the music is a mix of solid rock and pop sounds.

I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it for very delicious food at a good price.
