WE WALKED OUT ! We come to this location and order the samething and yesterday it becomes an issue. Myself and family decided to dine-in for dinner.
We were unsure what we wanted but started to order and noticed that there was a deal way better so we decided to change our order in it’s entirety. With our original order we had (3) 2 piece dinner which we ask for all thighs is what we normally order. We decided to change to a family meal instead of individual meals since with a family meal you get more 1 extra side as well as 3 extra pieces of chicken. We requested all thighs the lady taking our order told us she have to ask her manager. She stepped away to ask the manager on duty and he told us No we can not. 1st of all we have been ordering 2 piece dinners (3) and always ask for thighs for each order. So there would be a difference for 3 extra pieces. With that manager and thar employee you will continue to lose customers.

Unfortunately, with their new deals, they are uncompromising and will not let you switch sides. Sumla and Ali were great, other employee seeming didn’t want to be there. It’s sad to see service without a smile and in my opinion if you don’t want to be there, just leave. Management good on enforcing policies like no changing sides, but poor on training employees to have service with a smile, talk directly to customers, and brand image. I told the disgruntled employee I would post a review, she shrugged her shoulder.

Absolute trash. The food was was not worth it at all. The worst fried chicken I have ever had. Plus the restrooms are very dirty. To describe the fried chicken, it was like eating a piece of rubber. If only Colonial Sanders knew, he would be turning in his grave right now. Never again, KFC. Never again, KFC. You can keep your damn fried chicken. The food made both my wife and I sick to our stomachs.

Went to KFC to get a Chicken Pot Pie. They should call it a Vegetable Pot Pie! It had a good crust, lots of veggies and gravy but only a couple of shreds of chicken! So much for a Chicken Pot Pie. Don’t waste your money like I did.

Beware. Had to wait 40 mins to pick up an online order. The store entry was locked. No one even bothered to check who was outside. Some of the employees were not wearing a mask. Once brought home, the chicken was not edible and purely disgusting. Also found hair in the bucket. Everything went to trash. Thinking that going back to the store and complaining would be a waste of more time and energy, contacted HQ via twitter and email for a refund. No response. Not sure how this chain became so horrible. See photos.

I don’t eat there, but pick up there often for DoorDash. The staff never greets me, the place is always dirty, and the order is never ready. Last night, as I parked, a male staff member looked right at me and locked the door. When I went to drive thru and mentioned that I was picking up for DoorDash, a woman defended him, argued with me and refused service. I had to contact the customer and explain why they didn’t get their order.

Unfortunately, there was no chicken breast with 8 pieces mixed chicken. They had a big sign of ‘no refund’ and gave me choice of drums or thighs. They gave 7piece in the beginning and had to go back in to ask for last piece. 2 extra hard thighs ( meat was old and hard, not the skin part) and 6 tiny drums. All employees seemed not want to be there, and I did not feel welcoming. Not recommend!

It’s been several years since I had original recipe KFC, so I decided to stop here when I was out running errands one day. I should have stopped at the Royal Farms across the street. At least at RoFo they don’t stare at you blankly when you ask for butter for your biscuit. It’s a pretty standard condiment for a chicken place serving biscuits and I think my chicken had at best three herbs and spices on it.

Placed carryout order that was ready when I got there. Food as hot and fresh. I ordered 2 chicken pot pies that really lacked filling. Chicken gravy, a few veggies, two pieces of small chicken cubes and mostly crust.
