Food (pulled pork)was fantastic. Waitress was very attentive but not all into our business. Food was hot and served fast. Atmosphere was fairly quiet; we could talk at little more than a whisper.

Today was our first time into a Bonos. It was Saturday about 6:30 when we arrived.
I was slightly skeptical because we have our usual BBQ franchise that we generally stick to.
Hubby’s wings were great and my cheese burger and corn nuggets were wonderful.
Dawn, our server could not have been any better.
She was as sweet as could be and very attentive although she was serving a quite a few tables at the same time.
Thanks to Dawn for making our night and thanks to Bonos for a great meal.

I stopped in for a quick lunch and was not disappointed. I got the Thursday special which was the chicken platter and you get free rib. The rib was tender and needed no sauce. The bark was perfectly seasoned. The chicken was smoked well and not dried out. I enjoyed their sauce selection as well. Some places don’t have too much of a taste difference but this one did. The lady who waited on me was so friendly and fast!

First time here, and everything was delicious. Chicken tends to get dried out with barbecue, especially the legs, but the chicken leg was succulent. The ribs were nice and meaty. And the green beans had a lot of ham in them. Sweet potato with the cinnamon sugar syrup is great, too.
I tried all the sauces, but I liked the original sauce the best.

I order online, work next door at Palm Garden Of Jacksonville. This is not an acceptable amount of food for 28$. This is a large 3 meat platter? Why is it portioned like I’m watching my weight? I don’t think I even got an ounce of anything accept ribs. A large platter should be at least 1/2 lb of each.

Service was excellent. My coworker and I stopped in for lunch for a fast bite that wasn’t the usual fast food. We were not disappointed. I ordered the King burger, which is a huge party on top of pulled smoked pork. Side of potato salad, and wow. First time having this sandwich as I usually get a meat combo, brisket, etc. This burger should win contests.

Ordered large 2 meat meal. Give me a break. $23 for ribs and pork, and the ribs were scraps. Pics attached. One, there wasn’t even anything to eat. Maybe 3 bites off all ribs, and that’s it. Can’t believe that. Fries weren’t great either a few looked they cooked for an hour. Do better! Bonos used to rock, now…. just sad.

BE WARNED. They charged us $1 extra than what we tipped. Our waitress was Amanda. This was on 10/27/25. Immediately when I walked in she looked me up and down so we were already off to a bad start. She asked if I had an order to pickup and I said no I need a table for two and two sweet teas. She told me to sit anywhere so I did. When she was bringing the drinks she walked past me to give drinks to another table first before coming back and setting mine down which wasn’t a big deal but still notable. She then walked away to “get the menus” and stopped to move some things around on the counter, go in the kitchen and finally come back out to get the menus to bring to us. When we were finished eating we sat around forever waiting for our check so we could pay and leave. It was the middle of the week so we needed to get back to work. I ended up having to leave and my husband had to stay and wait to pay.
I wasn’t going to write a review but when I was balancing my checkbook and saw where they charged my $1 extra I decided to warn everyone not to eat here since apparently they expect larger tips for horrible service.
Unfortunately the food wasn’t great either which I honestly expected so my fault for choosing to eat here.
