Was in the killingly/danielson area and was looking for a spot that had bagels. I found Little River bread and they had just opened up. The bagels looked delicious and ended up getting some cookies and a couple pretzel sticks. The pretzel sticks were delicious and can’t wait to try the bagels and cookies.

This place is amazing! The second you walk in, it smells so good you already know you’re getting something delicious. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and everything in the case looks like it was made with love.
I grabbed a loaf of bread and a couple pastries, and wow — everything was so fresh and full of flavor. The bread has that perfect crunch on the outside but soft on the inside. You can tell they really care about what they’re making.
All of their ingredients are locally sourced, as well, which makes supporting them even better.
It’s got a cozy, welcoming vibe too. Definitely my new favorite bakery. I’ll 100% be back!

I previously left a rare bad review because I drove out of my way, and the establishment was closed. I have actually had the bread and pretzels and they are phenomenal. Upon writing my review, the owner went out of his way to try and accommodate me and was extremely apologetic. I can certainly sympathize with things not running according to plan in my own business when I am not present. You can’t be everywhere all the time. Having said that I took down my review and replaced it with this. So not only is the food outstanding but the owner is all class. Well done, I’ll be back soon! Cheers!

Wow, just wow. Great place. My daughter is gluten sensitive and loved all the sourdough options. Pretzel bags, baguettes…she was sooo happy and now wants to buy out the entire store. We will definitely be back.

I’m not giving them a great review for a couple of reasons.
1) Their prices are sky high!
You pay $8. for a loaf of plain bread and if they have any specialty breads, forget it, you’re paying $13+.
You also pay $4.50 for one chocolate chip cookie.
2) When you price out, they have that annoying screen where you are asked to put a tip, 10%, 15%, 20% or no tip.
When you charge phenomenal prices for your goods, you should not be asking for a tip on top of it and for what, to ring me up??!

What a great find. Stopped in while walking past the door, smelled so good I had to go in. Purchased 2 baguettes.
