This morning I went to this Starbucks the one I go to everyday cause it’s a block away from my work. I forgot my wallet and asked for a cup of hot water after I explained what happened they made a big deal like I asked for a free latte with 8extra shots!! This from the same manager that never gets my order right I had stopped coming this early because of her but now I won’t be back. This store’s management is the worst. I work customer service as well I would straight loose my job if I ever did what she does, let alone do it everyday!! Very disappointed . It only got one star cause I had to put something.

Tyler and everyone working here are AMAZING!!! The only issue is they are definitely understaffed. This looks like a very high volume store and having only the few baristas there you can tell even though they are smiling they are overwhelmed.

I’m a regular at this Starbucks and typically spend $50–$100 a week here. But after today, I don’t see myself coming back.
It’s 91 degrees outside hotter than the devil’s backside and I stopped in with my own clean thermos that already had ice, just needing a water refill. I was told it’s against store policy to give water unless I purchase something. This isn’t the first time either. About a month ago, I asked for a packet of honey and was told the same thing “store policy” unless I buy something. That was odd, but I let it slide.
But today? Denying someone water during a heatwave, even when I brought my own cup? That’s just inhumane. I walked next door to Smashburger, and they gladly filled it up no issue, no purchase required.
Starbucks, I understand policies, but there has to be some basic level of human decency. This experience was disappointing, and unless something changes, this might be my last visit to this location.

Make sure to order your mobile order like 20 minutes before. They’re sooooo slow, especially if order hot food. Probably would’ve been faster going through the drive thru with the long line.

I bought white chocolate mocha. I took a sip and I tasted like sweet milk. I open the lid and yes not coffee inside at all. I didn’t have time to return it and show the people who work there what I just purchased for over 7$. This is not called white chocolate mocha.
It happens sometimes in different location. Very sad that you wanna have a good day with a cup of favorite coffee and they don’t care.
