One of the worse DQ I’ve ever been to. Takes over 20 mins to get food at the drive thru with only 1 car in front of you. Cheese curds was cold. Strips over cooked. Owner has nothing but immature kids working in there and the bigger lady that is a manager is very unprofessional while yelling at the kids in there in front of customers. Went a few months ago and found a hair in my food thinking it looked strange to be a person’s hair and the girl working in there said oh that’s a dog’s hair the owner was letting one of our workers sleep here and her dog stayed inside. Do what!?!?!?!? Ice cream is always half melted when you get it and when you ask them why they state bc the owner will not spend the money on new equipment. employees are very unprofessional. Don’t see how the DPH has allowed this place to stay open. Apparently owner cares less about her paying customers concerns bc her response is always the same. Do better than copy and pasting the same response and no you will not see me back.

I just left and as I checked my food I was NOT given my onion rings. My cheese burger was made wrong and the employee that gave us our food practically threw it into our hands. Normally I have no complaints but this was out right ridiculous this time. How do you mess up someone’s food and then be rude with them??

Just left there with no service. We went in around 10:50 & was completely ignored. No one spoke to use & my voice carriers. So I know they knew we where there. Two employees standing at the drive through window talking to the person on the other side. We were so disappointed. How do they get away with treating people this way.

This has got to be the worst one that I have ever been to. The manager was taking care of the walk ins, the window, and the grill area. His employee was in the back”he said “, and when she did come to the register, it was like being there was a problem for her. No greeting, no apology for the wait, just a heavy sigh, and then looked at my husband and I….as if to say …well what do you want. We walked out and won’t be back. If she doesn’t want to be there, BYE. There are plenty of people that would care about giving good service.

Mr. Right said his Orig Double Combo burger was hot. The fries and my chicken tenders were luke warm. Our Choco Dipped Strawberry Blizzrds were worth the detour we took to get here.

Ordered an ice cream cake sheet cake yesterday wanted green icing on design and wanted it written on in green icing. I was picking it up today in the drive through as I’ve done several times I’m waycross and they told me I had to come inside for it. I went inside to pay for it and when I got to the register they told me that the person that writes on them isn’t there and no one there wanted to do it. I said whatever I’ll do it at the house. Still paid $39 got home looked at cake and it appears that whoever made it shaved their beard over the cake they used the wrong colors and didn’t write on it. This dairy queen is terrible and will not be returning. I’d rather drive the extra 30 minutes to waycross where they have excellent quality and service

Ice cream is soup every single time we go here, and orders are wrong at least 50% of the time. Employed wouldn’t even put lids on when I asked for them. May as well drive a few extra minutes to the waycross location for better food and better service.

Much better than McDonald’s. Hamburgers and hot dogs are good. The ice cream is sublime. If you do the drive thru and own a dog when ordering ice cream be sure to ask for a pup cup. My dogs love this little treat.

Horrible experience to many chefs in the kitchen and not enough who actually know what they are doing. Food was not the best but edible, the service was HORRIBLE!! Had our ice creams remade 2x cuz it was in edible.
