Great experience at KFC today. My food came out fresh, but the best part was Christian in the drive-thru. He was super friendly, fast, and made the whole order easy. Really appreciated his good attitude. I’ll definitely be back.

The customer service was awesome. The atmosphere was really cool with a modern feel. The only thing is that they were kind of out of chicken, and you had to wait for it to be made, but on the other hand then you know, for a fact, it was fresh.

This KFC is honestly disgusting at this point. The management is on a full-blown power trip. Rude, unprofessional, and making the dumbest decisions imaginable. They’re literally stopping employees from using proper sanitation equipment, which is wild for a restaurant and screams health-code concern. The vibe is messy, the leadership is embarrassing, and this place desperately needs new management ASAP. Someone needs to take this disaster straight to HQ because the way it’s being run is unacceptable.

It’s fast food! People, please be realistic when you go to fast food, for what we paid for these lil box lunches it was fine. The place was clean, the people were nice. Our only issue was that the place seemed understaffed which meant that a dirty table was not cleaned for a bit of time. So we cleaned our own table and when the staff came to clean it she seemed annoyed that we had done so ourselved.
Other than that everyone was really nice and the kids did not overeat and we did not overspend. It was fine for crying out loud – it’s a fast food chicken place! It was what we expected no surprises on the positive or the negative! That’s a good thing.
All in all, it is a cute KFC A&W combo. It has some neat decorations too .

Ordered on the website got an email the food was ready. My husband waited AN HOUR in the parking lot. We didn’t get our full order so he had to wait longer. so the food was cold and do not ever order the nuggets!!! Dry chicken that I almost choked on

I just want to say my experience here was great. Hannah had taken my order and handed my food to me and her service was awesome, I never see service like that anymore. She kept a positive attitude and was patient with me and my pops. I will be coming back!

Best KFC in town . The chicken was fresh and finger licking good. I also had a fried apple turnover it was delicious. The lobby looked amazing and super clean . I had excellent and friendly service. I will definitely be coming back to this KFC when I’m in town .
