I’ve always wanted to come here after seeing it on The Real Housewives of OC. The food was delicious and the drinks were great. The location is smaller than I thought but I love the intimacy. A reservation is highly recommended. The surrounding area offers many other places to stop by after enjoying a wonderful dinner.

10/10 time! Our friend group came to Newport for one our friend’s birthday and we had such a great time here! The martinis are great and our server was so amazing! She took a group photo for us in the booth and even had someone come pull the dangling light in the middle away. The martinis are big bc they come with more to pour on the side. The calamari was some of the best calamari I have ever had!

We had a fabulous fun time at The Quiet Woman. If you watch Real Housewives OC, you know The Quiet Woman is an iconic spot on the show. My friend Jake and I were visiting Newport Beach and made reservations to specifically sit in the iconic booth as well. The service was great, Julius the host was super friendly as well as the waitstaff! Our drinks were strong and delicious, just how we like them! The cheese garlic bread was so tasty. We ordered the crab legs & lamb, both were amazing! The crab legs were meaty and delicious! There was also a live band playing which was super fun! 10/10 recommend!

I was so excited to try this place. We had a reservation for 9PM Saturday and my client drove all the way from Anaheim to try it. The bouncer looked at us, I can only assume racially profiled us (she is a black woman with a protective hairstyle), and said there was no reservation under my name. When I spoke to the manager over the phone he confirmed that there were two people that evening with a reservation under that name, which is the opposite of what the bouncer said. We paid the $10 cover (which is not supposed to be charged if you have a table) so my client could use the restroom after her long drive. There was no where to sit, and I have a broken foot, so we had to unfortunately leave without trying any of the food. When I spoke to the manager this morning he was clearly annoyed and did not return our cover. Such a bummer because I’ve heard good things about this place. Perhaps if we looked a bit different, we could have had good service as well. I never write yelp reviews, but I was so embarrassed in front of my client, and I hope no one else has to have a negative experience like this.

Another unforgettable night at The Quiet Woman — this place never disappoints. From the moment we sat down, everything about the experience was top-notch. The food was absolutely amazing. I had the short rib, and honestly, it was the best I’ve ever had — perfectly tender, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection. We also ordered the scallops, which were outstanding, and even the kids’ meals were a hit. The chicken fingers and mac & cheese were so good that the kids cleaned their plates (which says everything).
What truly made the night extra special was the service. Karla was our server and she was absolutely incredible — friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. She made us feel welcomed and taken care of the entire evening. Omar also helped out and was wonderful as well. Their teamwork and hospitality really stood out and elevated the whole experience.
This dinner was to celebrate a birthday, and it turned into the most amazing family night. From the food to the service to the overall atmosphere, everything was perfect. Thank you to the entire Quiet Woman team for yet another incredible dinner and memorable time. We can’t wait to come back again soon!

We had a great date on Saturday night. We had a reservation for 8pm and were seated right away. The service was fantastic with Jessica. We had the meatballs to start, and the short rib papperdelle along with the swordfish. Finished with the banana Rama for dessert. Everything was delicious! The atmosphere was lively and the band started at 9pm. Great time, and look forward to going again.

Bustling busy full of late night bar goers on weekend, great food. Had Nantucket scallops, husband and friends had ribeye. the Thai coconut mussels were delicious app, as well as calamari. Husband had smoke on the beach mezcal drink, we had sugar dog which was like a greyhound with ruby grapefruit. Fun night. Music was fine, like 90s covers. Band could have been little better but still enjoyable. Fun night it gets quite loud. lots of people watching.
