I will never eat at this Subway again. I ordered my meal through the app. And when I went to pick up my food at the restaurant, I noticed that my Sandwich was wrong. And when I told the older employee he said that’s what the paper said so I had to buy another sandwich if I want it fixed. The younger employee asked the older one ” should I void it out ” and the older employee said ” No the it was the apps fault not ours, so make him pay for the other sub.” So to be able to eat lunch I had to buy 3 subs instead of the 2 I bought so my girlfriend and I could eat. Never again will I return here. But thank you to the younger employee for at least trying to help.

(Allison Park Subway) … I would give it zero stars if I could. Whatever happened to quality customer service? Is rolling your eyes and huffing and puffing every time a customer comes into the establishment the norm these days? I do not want to take up space in businesses where the employees are too irritate by my presence & certainly don’t want them preparing my food! I’ll spend my hard earned dollars elsewhere! PS, if you can’t stand your job, find one that makes you happy. I also hear that quiet quitting works.

If you like all the extras that go in to a hoagie besides the main ingredient then the consistent quality of a Subway is a good choice. I don’t know if all the subways dropped their daily special on the 12-in sub in favor of a special on a 6-in with a drink and chips. I preferred the 12-in sub with water.

This is in reference to the Subway in Etna on Butler St..near Advance Auto. This has to b the best one I’ve stopped at. Everything is always very fresh and therefore tastier. I just finished eating the best tuna sub ever!

The staff at this location always seems irritated at customers walking in the door to place their order. They seem short-staffed at all times & prioritize online orders. I’ve started ordering online because of this, but have found my order isn’t ready at the designated pickup time.
