It’s been quite a while since I’ve been in Kentucky Fried Chicken. But I had to try their pot pie. Go to KFC and get one of these they’re absolutely delicious. Even though Kentucky Fried Chicken is noted for their Fried Chicken this is absolutely out of this world.

Order through drive through. Ordered an 8 piece chicken tenders meal. Got home and instead of chicken tenders received regular chicken. And not even what is said an 8 piece should have. We received 4 thighs, 2 drumsticks, 1 wing and 1 breast. We don’t even eat half of what comes in the meal and didn’t want to pay up charge, that’s why we wanted the TENDERS. The only thing they got right were the sides and biscuits. Cannot use dipping sauce on chicken, which was very greasy. Called to say they screwed up our order. Didn’t even get an apology for oops. Waste of my money and time. Do t think I will be going back.

People taking orders through the drive through. Need to listen to what costumers are ordering. When a person ask for mash potatoes with gravy on the side. Take two seconds to do that. Specially when you have no cars in the parking lot. Only one car a head of the car ordering. I would understand if you were busy. You weren’t So it was just plain laziness

Extremely disappointed with the chicken bowl. Mostly the instant mash potatoes (YUCK) very old, very chewy canned corn, maybe 6 or 7 tiny pieces of chicken, horrible no fat gravy that tasted like chemicals. What a disappointing experience. Never ever again! Now I understand why I never see anyone there! Ever!!

Explain how I spend almost $80 on a family meal I sit in the window for 25 minutes thinking yk it’s taking them a minute, but now the lady in the window disappears and a different employee gives me the food that’s been sitting for a minute. Ie cold fries and chicken, also got 2 sides no gravy and no biscuits, try to go back and was told there is nothing they can do, stay away honestly Taco Bell next door is worth the wait compared to this place

This place is horrible. Last time I’m having giving any money to YUM foods. They close the dining room so people can’t pickup online food. Its 740 and door says 10 pm closing. Been sitting at drive through for half hour with no answer, of course can’t cancel the order because they want your money.This world sucks it’s everywhere, no customer service at all but they keep raising prices on everything. All that to not get my full order. Missing side and missing tenders that cost way too much

How long can it possibly take to make a container of mashed potatoes? Sorry, two containers. The chicken is already made, so throw some chicken in a box, grab a cold slaw and serve it up! It does not take 15 minutes! And then, my order came out ahead, by ten more minutes, two people that ordered ahead of me.

I have never been so enraged with a place. They completely ignore their customers in the lobby, ive waited for 25 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me for a takeout that’s been ready the entire time, ive just had to wait to be acknowledged. i have the time to wrote this while being ignored by all staff members.
