They don’t make Oreo blizzard right, the worst blizzard at any dairy Queen I have been to. It is always mostly vanilla ice cream even when ask for extra. At other locations the blizzard is more of a Oreo color and not white, I don’t even really like vanilla ice cream plain and it tastes like vanilla. I have even had someone go back and ask for more after I got it and they brought it back to me the exact same.

idk what all these negative 1 star reviews are talking abt bc, but this dairy queens og cake decorator did an amazing job on my boyfriends cake. i asked for a special themed cake and sent over some inspo pictures and what she made was absolutely amazing, i couldn’t be happier and i feel like she did such a great job! thank you for bringing my inspiration to life and for making his birthday extra special !!

My friends and I come here often. Lady at register was friendly and welcoming. She repeated our large order back to us and got it all correct. I believe she told me her name was Kayleigh/Kaylee/Kailee. Not too sure on the spelling of her name.

I came through the drive thru Monday and the lady at the register was amazing! Super polite and friendly! Everything was correct with my order though the fries were a little soft. GREAT JOB PIQUA DAIRY QUEEN!!!

Ordered a soft serve ice cream with a cone on the side and chocolate dipping sauce on the side. Drive 20 miles round trip to get home and have a chocolate sundae nothing on the side chocolate sauce no dipping sauce. Everytime I think it is time
To give Dairy Queen in Piqua another try this is what happens. Just because it is getting close to closing time does not mean customer service should not be priority. When I called to speak to manager I was passed to 2 different people. Manager had to tell staff to be quiet because he could not hear on the phone. Excuse given was because they just closed and the they are a little loud. Then instead of an apology at first I heard nothing but excuses. Not professional and hey at least I can get a free ice cream when I go back. What a joke nothing for the 29 miles that was drive to not get anything. This is a joke

Food is ok, kinda cold. Ordered chicken with gravy dipping sauce and didn’t get dipping sauce so ordering chicken was a bad idea because it tastes like dirty oil and no sauce to cover the taste.
Either give dipping sauce with the chicken that’s ordered or get rid of chicken and only sell burgers.
