I and other members of my family have been eating here occasionally for the past 6 years. It’s not the worst but it’s not the best either, occasionally the service will be quick and satisfactory. Other times the food seems slightly stale or old, occasionally we’re missing parts of our order as well even though it’s clearly marked on the receipt. I’d say this place is just “okay”, and it’s a gamble if your experience will be positive.

I asked for no lettuce/no tomato. She wrote it on the receipt yet i still got it on my sandwich. I also waited roughly 15 minutes for my order and it was cold.. what was the wait for? To get my food room temp before you give it to me? It obviously wasnt to make it fresh. And you want $15/hr+…

My son is allergic to mayonnaise. I have been going to this location for years. Tuesday I ordered a Whopper with out mayonnaise
When I got home the whopper was covered in Mayonnaise. I called the manager and he said to come by and get a replacement meal. What I got was Brett who refused to honor what the manager told me. He’s rude and also threw a pen at my car. I paid for the new meal and left. I’m also going to call Cooperate. I’m a senior citizen and have never been treated like this before.

Haven’t been to BK in a minute. Was surprised to see that the size of Whoppers hasn’t changed. The onion rings are still the same as well. I tried the NEED icee and it was tasty!
