REVOLTING experience today.
This has always been a ragingly average experience for me. Some times, it is extremely good, while other times, it is disgusting, dingy and the service sucks. Today, the service was not good, but the place is squeaky clean and the food…until I saw this.
I saw staff scraping grime off of something with the same utensil used for gathering the fries. Absolutely revolting.

How is this place even still open. The wait time is ridiculous. Most of the employees are not friendly. Why does this store keep bringing back employee that worked there before and the food is never right either mad wrong, cold, or something is missing. Make a change in higher management. Couse the managers in the store change all the time. Figure it out or shut it down. What happened to the new white store manager with the blue hair.

Only one worker had come in to work. Such is the fast food industry sometimes… But man was she kind, courteous, dignified and fast despite her circumstances! Thank you for being amazing, Eva! She deserves some recognition for her amazing service!

Stopped in on a sunday morning to get a couple of breakfast sandwiches. It wasn’t busy so there was no wait. The store looked clean and the employees were friendly. The sandwich was good. Not a bad visit.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. We were the only people there, 4 employees and literally EVERY SINGLE TABLE was dirty, the benches had ketchup and crumbs on them. Wanted to charge for extra zesty sauce BUT didn’t give my step daughter the icing that comes with her cini-minis. The women’s bathroom is filthy. The floor was wet. My step daughter almost fell. Awful experience and very disappointed considering we drove over 20 miles specifically to eat at a Burger King.

Second time within 2 weeks pulling up at the drive thru and a heavy set white lady and black guy outside smoking I’m at a he window waiting. Today same thing 6:37 she was outside smoking or doing whatever in the front of the restaurant and went back not once acknowledging I was at the speaker very sad and unprofessional

I arrived to pick up an order. Granted it was really busy. When I notified my order info I was told it was already picked up and then the manager got involved. When I explained the issue she just turned around and didnt say another. Had to call her back and ahe explained to put the order in again and walked away. I then over heard an employee they THEY messed up by printing out the wrong order. The manager then angrily stormed away without resolving anything. 5 minutes later returns saying if the order isn’t in the system, she can’t help which does not resolve my issue. They messed up and gave
I understand it was busy and overwhelming, but as a manager, having a tantrum by snapping at employees/ customers and storming off is NOT how you handle situations even when stressed
The other employees were also stressed but clearly we’re able to handle it.

I saw that the dragon meal was available, so I went to burger king to fill my empty belly. When I went there, first of all, it took forever to get my food, but when I bit into my mozzarella sticks, there was NO MOZZARELLA. I THOUGHT I ORDERED MOZARELLA STICKS NOT STICKS. If I wanted to eat crust I would make it myself. Get touched.
