Where do I even begin? This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in St Petersburg. Probably the best, freshest Peruvian food I’ve ever had as well. The flavors that chef Michael was able to infuse into each and every bite was remarkable. I cannot believe this is the first time I’m hearing about it/trying it. If you’re ever able to get there during a dead period, ask to speak with chef Michael. We had one of the most rewarding conversations I’ve had with a chef. Hearing about his influences, ideas, and passion for cooking was so enlightening! I can’t wait to have him cater our rehearsal dinner. Apparently they are on Uber eats too!

The focaccia bread is made in house. I got the porchetta sandwich and it was amazing. the pork was crispy but not overly salted or just fat. The arugula broke up the fat even more. The pesto sauce was brilliant as background and didn’t over sauce or over flavor the sandwich letting the pork and quite honestly the bread shine. The chip fries were an unexpected surprise as they were crispy and just a delight to eat. I cant wait to come back and try the other menu items here.

Run don’t walk to this hidden gem! FoodieLabs was an amazing random find and I can’t wait to come back to try all of the different delights they have to offer. This go around I tried the Peruvian pasta with Tuscan chicken, it’s as flavorful as it sounds!! Chef Mike we can’t wait to see you next time thank you for your amazing hospitality!

Ordered the 1/2 Tuscan Roasted Chicken and Tallarin verdes Con Pollo. I was able to take a picture of the 1/2 Tuscan chicken but unfortunately finished the Tallarin verdes in seconds. It was delicious and was made delicious by all the extra prep time and culinary expertise that the chef Micheal and his wife contribute to their food. If that wasn’t enough I sat down with Micheal and could hear how much he loves the meals he’s preparing. He talked about future hopes of more additions to the menu and thought process of what to adjust to his food. Please try Bistro 3951. I’ll be back for the Grilled Steak Sandwich. Thank you for the delicious meal!

Saturday night my husband and I went for dinner and discovered Bistro 3951- this places was 10/10 on everything. I ordered the Roast Pork Porchetta sandwich and my husband ordered the steak sandwich which both were phenomenal!!! We will definitely be back soon to try out the rest of the items on the menu-

What can I say, wish this place was closer to home, I would go everyday! There food is made fresh with quality ingredients. I tried the “GRILLED STEAK ARUGULA FOCACCIA SANDWICH” served with crispy potatoes and I loved it. Every bite was deliciously mouth watering.Various choices for lunch and dinner. Stopped by foodie labs, found a new restaurant had opened up, it’s a Peruvian Italian fusion so I gave it a try. I had the Tuscan roasted Chicken dinner. The dish comes with battered fried potatoes (cottage fries) and rice. It also comes with two dipping sauces. The chicken was absolutely delicious moist not dry at all.the flavor gives your taste buds a lil kick not spicy just full of flavor. The cottage fries are a combo of tender and moist on the inside with a wonderful crunch on the outside. The pervian rice was perfectly cooked and the fire roasted pepper salsa to dip the chicken in was sublime. This place is a hidden lil gem in St Pete. I’ll definitely be going back to try the porchetta sandwich.

Will give a 5 star to Michael, he was really nice. We liked the atmosphere. Definitely something that has a lot of potential in the future. I ordered the Tuscan chicken with pesto noodles. Portion was decent. If you are going with the intention of eating a lot, you might need to order 2 portions. The cheesecake was really good.
