We took our dad here for lunch. It’s basic. Easy to park. It’s actually pretty cheap and of course good. The little Caesars in Fallon NV suck. This one has way better customer service. We will definitely be back soon. We appreciate the good pizza and atmosphere.

After coming here for years and utilizing the app.. I am just done after tonight 01-09-26. The app wasn’t working due to their system crashing. After being able to actually get an order in online, I was again, unable to finish payment due to their system not working. They could see the issue, but even though the app said to contact the store (we were there) she fully refused to honor the discount. The young man tried so hard to help, but the woman was the one refusing knowing that it was their system and not our fault. Honestly don’t care about paying full price, but it’s the principal. Don’t offer the promos if you don’t intend to honor them when your system is acting up. That woman is disgustingly rude.. Especially since she told us we had to come in to get the promo deal.

This place is the worst food establishment I have ever been to in my life. I purchased a pizza and breadstick order today as I have many times but not having cash on me. I used my debit card. The transaction said complete on the debit machine and asked and I was ready to be on my way when they suddenly told me the payment didn’t ho through which was weird because why did it say “payment complete” and thank you. I wanted yo make sure so I logged into my bank account on my phone to check and sure enough $16 from Little Ceasars at that time showed it was deducted from my account. When I showed the clerk they ignored it and said it doesn’t show as complete on their side. They demanded I pay again or not get my food. I had to pay again to get the food or just be out $16 and go home hungry. I now have 2 identical charges for $16 for 1 pizza and a breadstick. I now have no choice but to file a complaint with my bank because they refuse to refund me or give me my food. If choose to do business with these guys (which I highly recommend you never do) make sure you bring cash or risk getting ripped of. The customer is always wrong with these guys and they only care about money even when it’s wrongfully taken from customers

The staff was very friendly and polite! Our pizza was kind of bland tasting and seemed to lack the amount of topping shown in some of the other reviews. Crazy bread was dry and needed more butter/parm seasoning. Great staff though!
