You’d better believe it, this is the best Chinese / Asian Restaurant I’ve ever been to. This place beats any other Chinese Buffet, Take Out, or Dine In place around with their craftsmanship in cooking; they even prepare their Japanese Sushi extremely well which is something most Chinese Restaurants struggle with.
The food here not only tastes like Authentic Chinese food but their cleanliness and display of the food is incredible. If you’ve got the money I highly suggest you don’t pass up this place, I guarantee you’ll come back like I do.

I ordered delivery and didn’t get the crab Rangoon ordered. The boneless spare ribs were very chewy and sour tasting. The garlic chicken wings were disgusting, yellow chicken and looked like there was still hair on them. The bubble tea was very curdled and definitely gross! The general Tso chicken, pork fried rice, beef lomein, and spring rolls were okay.

OMG I just ordered my dinner(8 dishes) few hours ago. All my foods are what I always get at other places but this time here very disappointed
1-Caz the 四川回锅肉 （double cook pork) should use leek but they used cabbage.
2-香辣孜然排骨（spare rib Szechuan sauce)
The vegetables that they use under ribs is disgusting Caz it already rotten which is in 2rd pic below .
3-others dishes u can check below Caz I don’t want Write too much. Overall I’ll never go back there again.

Ice and Fire is excellent. The food is delicious and is on a higher level than most. I’ve enjoyed their takeout Chinese meals. Yesterday, I sat down at the small sushi bar and enjoyed salmon and tuna rolls. So fresh and tasty!

Fantastic value, one of the few places still doing all-you-can-inhale sushi post-pandemic. Service was LIGHTNING fast, and while my initial impression of our server was that he wasn’t very friendly, i think he was just focused on getting us our food quickly. Appetizers and sushi were on-point, everything tasted fresh and was very neatly arranged. A slice of cheesecake to share was brought to us at the end, which was a pleasant surprise. I’ll be going back soon.

Always amazing food. Food comes out fast, hot, and well made every time. The prices are great too. They have such a broad menu, but everything is delicious from the sushi to the dinner dishes to the traditional Chinese takeout meals. Easily one of my favorite restaurants in Norwich.

I love this place. The fish is always fresh and the food is flavourful. When I order delivery, my food arrives quickly and my hot/cold dishes are separated and at the desired temperatures. When I dine in, the staff is courteous and prompt. Not to mention it’s always super clean. I will always recommend Ice & Fire to my friends.

The food was excellent and my daughter got to try 2 new sushi rolls and loved them. Open on Tuesdays, good quality and good value. I have only ordered to go before, but I’m glad we stopped in. Will be back!

Awesome service. Clean family run business. Free parking garage across the street. They handled our party of 8 very well. Portions are equal to price. We enjoyed the sushi so much we will be coming back.
