Quick first time visit, service was quick,staff friendly and sore was clean. As for the food, I only tried one sandwich, and the meat was good fresh veggies. My only complaint would be the white bread. It was a choice between wheat or white. I chose white, and the bread tasted sweet, like Hawaiian rolls I am not a fan of at all.
Overall, it’s a good spot. I will visit again, but ask for wheat next time.

I don’t do reviews but I am going to this time. I have eaten there too times now. The first time the food was very good. The second time I ordered the same sub the pastrami sub. Got it to go.Got home to find out you put one slice of meat on it.So I don’t think I will be doing any business with your company anymore. And I don’t think it was done by mistake. So your loss.

I ordered a gluten free sandwich online. When I arrived to pick up the sandwich I was told they did not have the gluten free bread to fill the order. Not a big deal, I requested a refund. I was told I had to make that request through the app. There is no phone number on the app, so I tried the chat and was told they would need to contact the store the store would need to do the refund. I showed that to the employee. He then called the manager who said I needed to call, not chat, and provided a number. The number provided was out of service. I was then told I could not speak with a manager, that she was busy picking up the employees children from school, and there was nothing they could do to help. I was finally able to email with someone from the app and was again told the store would need to provide the refund. This incident took place 5 days ago and I have not heard back. I like to support Firehouse Subs and their mission to support firemen. However the employees at this particular store did not show the integrity or respect I would expect from this organization. Taking money for a product you are unable to provide, and then not providing a refund is considered a fraudulent transaction.

Update: A week and a half after the incident I received an email apologizing for overlooking my initial requestand offering to remake the sandwich which I never did receive. I again requested a refund and never heard back. I am attempting to reach out to corporate to file a complaint about this locations owner/manager.

Great Service and food. Spencer & Mason Did a great job keeping the restaurant clean and making food with a smile.

Sometimes you don’t expect much when making a quick stop at a sub sandwich restaurant. But they both greeted me with a smile and welcomed me in the restaurant.

Went here for a late lunch early dinner on a Saturday. Ordered the Roast beef double meat, the Hook and Ladder double, side salad and the potato soup. It was all delicious and well worth the extra meat.

The BEST part was the service. Kallen was very attentive, extremely helpful, he checked on us and the absolute best part was he steamed up some meat for my little one which was just the sweetest thing.

Would return for the food, will absolutely return for the service! It’s a wonderful thing to come across such wonderful, personable, attentive service.

I ordered a salad to-go. The dining room wasn’t full but the service was slow.

When I got in my car, I checked and from the top—the salad looked great. When I got home and transferred it to a bowl, the lettuce was spoiled. Such a turn off and disappointing. I won’t be returning.

Unfortunately, this place has gone way downhill lately. The last two times I have gone, they have been out of … bread … Not all bread. The first time they were out of gluten free, the second time they were out of white bread.

When I was told that they were out of white bread, I looked up at the manager on duty — just looked at her — and she went on a rant about how there were signs on the door and signs on the counters saying they were out of white bread. Its like she was insinuating that I should have noticed the signs and left before I ordered.

This location has lately had a general lack of friendliness. Also prices have gone way up. Sandwiches are now around the $12 price point. At that price, I will go to one of the elite non-national chain sandwich shops in town – like Cheba Hut or Snarfs or Wooglins.

Grumpy employees will ignore you for a few minutes upon standing at the counter, likely in hopes that you’ll decide against ordering some food (which would be a wise decision indeed). If you pass the first trial of patience, you are faced with another: A rude, brusque ordering experience that may lead you to believe that you never should have come in here, and that your presence is an inconvenience. You’ve come this far, don’t give up at the third trial: Waiting a disproportionate amount of time to receive the sandwich. There are three employees and zero customers, what could they possibly be doing for so long? No matter, your reward is imminent. An un-toasted sandwich, with less toppings than any one of the dozens of competitors in town, and your bank account has been lightened by up to thirteen(!) American dollars. Be proud! You’ve achieved something I won’t have the courage to attempt again any time soon.

The food itself was fine, nothing special — but the cleanliness of this place was a real issue. The dining area looked like it hadn’t been wiped down properly in a long time, and everything had a sticky, greasy feel to it. The counter area around the straw and napkin holders was grimy, and even the drink station looked neglected.

The worst part was the bathroom — there were mouse traps on the floor. You don’t put out mouse traps unless you’ve seen a mouse, and that’s not something you want to think about while eating a sandwich. Overall, it just felt unsanitary and poorly maintained. If the front of the house looks like that, I don’t even want to imagine what the kitchen looks like.
