Paid $12 for tiny, crusty chicken strips. Went back and asked for a replacement and the manager gave me one strip in a cup. I asked for the whole thing to be replaced and he gave me 3 and said that’s good enough and best he could do. Had to persuade him to replace all 5 of them and he started going off at me from the fryer to the counter saying that I could feed the food to my dogs for all he cared. Very weird experience.

While in Linton i ordered the Loaded Italian from Arby’s to-go, and boy, they really went above and beyond… by forgetting the napkins. Because nothing says “fast food experience” like eating a sloppy sandwich in your car with your bare hands, wiping oil off your face like a raccoon in the wild.
The sandwich itself? Classic Arby’s—meat stacked like they’re trying to single-handedly fight world hunger. Flavor was fine, but honestly, it’s hard to taste anything when you’re blinded by salami juice dripping into your eyes.
So thanks, Arby’s. Next time I’ll just bring a roll of paper towels, and some wet wipes.

Very friendly staff. The guy that took our order was very nice, fast and got our order perfect. My only complaint is there needs to be a vegitarian option besides a side salad.

We ate at Arby’s in Linton, Indiana last night. My husband and I both ordered classic roast beef meal. Our roast beef on our sandwiches was thick slices. I ate half of mine husband didn’t eat very much if his. We spent $20. I went up and spoke to manager. I asked about the beef being slices not thin slices. He said it was the slicer and it is what it is. Nothing he can do about it. I told him we would not be back. He didn’t care.

A while back ago I had an issue with the food preparation for my order and spoke to a representative from Arby’s. I’m here to rectify my previous statement. I decided to give them another try and went into the location found myself talking to an employee by the name of Adam. I’ll just tell you he went above and beyond to make me happy smile very nice and I couldn’t be more pleased with his service.

My daughter had a Door Dash order. It was here quickly- Kudos to the driver. However, my sandwich should never had gotten out to a customer. It was a wrap. The wrap itself was hard, dry, and crumbling. The cheese had clearly dry and had been left out. I ate the meat and lettuce. Everything else was not edible and never should have been given.

My son got made to order chicken tenders & mozzarella sticks and the cheese sticks were melty, pull apart, chrispy crunch texture goodness you’d expect as well as the chicken. (Minus the cheese) Also got an Arby’s melt. The roast beef quantity is alot less then use to be on the sandwiches. I’d recommend a larger sandwich & Im often filled up with an appetizer but often left still hungry after this sandwich. My husband got a French dip & swiss which he’s a big fan of. Arby’s is always pricey but better quality then most & fresh. The place is always clean. Staff friendliness is hit & miss. I’d recommend checking items before leaving as Ive got home & been missing key items a few times. Service is quick! Food good. Recommend.
