We got catering from China Bistro for our dumpling party and had a wonderful experience! Super communicative, helpful, and most of all delicious!! The mama dumplings were great of course, but our carnivore-inclined guests were especially impressed by the veggie dumplings with chives. Highly recommend!

The ladies that work there are nice. I appreciate the green tea. The hot and sour soup was good.
The place could have been a bit cleaner. Silverware would have been appreciated. The food to me was sour, almost as if they soak the chicken in orange juice. It was the same with both out plates.
Overall, it’s always nice trying new restaurants. It was a decent experience.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! PLASTIC BAG FOUND IN SOUP!!
We came here today for lunch. Ordered 3 dumplings and a hot tofu soup. When we were almost done with the tofu, we realized that there was A HUGE CLEAR PLASTIC BAG STUCK IN THE BOTTOM OF OUR BOWL!!
The dumplings were not cooked thoroughly, the wrapper was half raw. However, it seems like they were able to cook the plastic bag though. Ha ha!

Delicious dumplings…we tried the Mama’s and the Shrimp dumplings…loved the Mama’s. Also tried Scallion Pancakes and Black Pepper Beef, both were good. Service was friendly. Both orders of Dumplings were huge…I think 10 dumplings each…

I read a number of reviews of China Bistro. The main reactions seem to be from dumpling lovers. Other menu options do not seem to be reviewed much. I did not order dumplings. I ordered the Crispy Beef and Hot and Sour soup. The soup was tasty. For $2.50, I expected a little more. The Crispy Beef was good, but the portion seemed small for $14.95 as compared to other local places for the same dish.

Best asian dumplings around, fried or steamed. We are regulars here. Also the only place that does a crispy chili oil tofu that is absolutely delicious. Parking is very full on weekends but almost no wait time for seating and ordering.

This place is going down hill. They make sloppy dumplings now. First the dumpling are in a weird huge shape. They are big, but that’s not how traditional dumpling looks like. Second they got lazy on the chopping of the food. I ordered a shrimp chive dumpling, the shrimp aren’t even chopped, they are just very small. And they didn’t even mixed in with the chives. This place used to have really good dumpling but not anymore.

Ordered mama special dumplings, sesame chicken, and chicken lo mein. Special dumplings were great which is why I gave an additional star. The chicken lo mein had nothing in it – No chicken or veggies. Sesame chicken was mostly breading. Those two items tasted just ok.

A spacious, cozy, well kept restaurant. The service is fast, the waiters are nice, and there is a well kept restroom. The dumplings and all other food are made on the spot and are fresh, delicious, and authentic. There is free WiFi, just ask the waiters for the password. It was rated as on of the top 50 chinese restaurants in America.
