★☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience — Extremely Rude Staff
I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully in a restaurant. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. After serving us, they started talking badly about customers right in front of everyone, saying things like people only spend “a little money.” That’s completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of respect for guests. I will never come back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who expects decent service or basic manners.

Inside Walmart and I wanted to have that Cuban experience little did I know that they’re rude. You don’t get free refill on your coffee you have to pay extra for that. The food is not worth the price. Next time I’ll just stick to Denny’s much better for and service too. The coffee is delicious, but not worth seeing this ladies sour face. Never again.

Poor customer service nobody would acknowledge that I was standing in line then when my food was being prepared the cook was stuffing his face with food, that’s pretty disgusting. I almost asked for my money back. I hope the sandwich is delicious.

We ordered a Spanish sandwich and 2 cod croquettes. The sandwich is a very fine slice of cheese and not to mention the Serrano ham, the chorizo, nothing you have to pay extra for. The croquettes are pure flour, terrible, I don’t recommend it, you have a better breakfast at McDonald’s

$11 for 2 eggs, 1 chorizo and Cuban bread. Very expensive for Walmart food court.

I went to Sergios to try out the food. I have never had malanga before. I purchased the creme of malanga root soup which had an interesting taste. I have a chicken filet and some black beans to go with it. But the creme of malanga soup was good. It may be better with some meat mixed in the soup, but that is the main thing I remember about this meal was how I liked the malanga. I do recommend

This place was a nice looking restaurant, take into account this location was inside of a Walmart. I ordered the Two for Tu, half Cuban sandwich with Plantain Chips, Chicken Croquetas and a Soda. The cost with tax was just over $12.00. The sandwich was basic and slathered in mustard. The Plantain Chips we’re pre-packaged and they charged me $2.50 for the soda, which turned out to be a 12oz can of Dr. Pepper. For such basic fare, save yourself some money and buy all of your sandwich needs at Walmart.
