Usually don’t have issues, but the last time I went to this location. The employee wouldn’t honor a coupon.
Ordered a family size chili, which I believe is a serving of 4. The portion is shockingly small as it appears to equal 2 and a half servings.
The customer service is disappointing as if they portray that they should make more from the already inflated per hour rate they receive.
Location is clean, but again it wasn’t busy at this location at the time. Unless it’s just drive thur and take out that’s busy.

I guess they were good for fast food. Everything was hot and the service was good. I don’t choose fast food. I was just forced to buy my wife and kids. So I had to deal with it.lol.

Last few visits, they’re always trying to get over, by not filling coffee close to full, today, ordered a double, got a single given. They try their best not to usehonor offers from the app. They just ignore that part of the order, so not to have to honor the offer through the app. Just tacky & cheap beyond belief.

Food is good, service is alright but let me tell Wendy’s and everyone that the Wendy’s rewards program SUCKS!!! Fix it, it never works. You just make people order more food thinking they’re getting a deal. Until you go to the window and it “not working “.
