Delivery order, they def give u less food. Mind u this is how the bowl looked when I opened it. Very messy & skimp on the food. Steak was tough like rubber. They gave me 60% pico. Had the bottom of the bowl leaking, soaked in the juice smh. A waste of $. Make sure you go in to order ur food!

Crazy how you spend $16 and get the equivalent of $2 worth of food. This is supposed to be the smoked brisket and chicken, could have fooled me by looking at this bowl. I’m not sure who was working delivery orders on 10/22 around 8pm but this was unacceptable. I did a complaint on the app, no response, so I assume I had to come here. I’m very disappointed. This is how my bowl came. There is barely anything and the rice was hard as if the heating pan had dried it out.

Workers there are extremely disrespectful and spoke about while I was standing there. My order was suppose to be ready by 2:03 and I get told she ain’t doing it till 2:10 cause that’s when she has to start preparing. Laughed in my face with other workers. Extremely rude! I feel uncomfortable there. Lady with braids that’s there around 2pm. Talking to people how she feel like it. Customer service is not the job for her.

Came in for a steak bowl and they had no steak. My issue though is the environment.
No clean tables. Dirty floors. Trash cans are full, ceiling vents full of dirt and grime, empty juice machines, and this is just the dining area. over the counter was the same. The place is filthy. I have a Suggestion. Get the 2 employees in the back that are on their phone to clean the place up!!!

Closes earl regularly. Couldn’t place online order 1hr before close so tried going. Does locked and won’t acknowledge you. On other occasions doesn’t prep enough so menu has been limited many times. Blames it on high schools around. Should be better prepared and know your business. I’ll make the time now to go to a different chipotle that follows their posted hours and has everything stocked..

I just want to acknowledge the staff here. Yesterday around one I came in to get a bowl and every single staff member I encountered from the beginning of the line to the register was so pleasant and in uplifting moods. It was so refreshing. Not to mention my bowl was so good and ingredients were fresh.

Worst experience ever ..!! Only find hot salsa and corn in entire bowl ..!! When ask to have fajitaaa they said they were out but actually had it at online counter ..!! Asked if we can have some said no they do t have it ..!! So basically they do not want anyone in ther store..!! How come you don’t have item even though you have 2 more hours left ..!! This place is ridiculous..!! And nasty never going back again..!!!!

Disgusting food, rude staff, and no customer service. Tried to return two inedible bowls and they laughed, smirked, and refused to give us our money back or even make fresh ones. We paid all that money for food we couldn’t even eat. Don’t waste your time—go to Qdoba instead. Fresher food, better taste, and real customer service.
