The gentleman that took my order was polite but when I was handed my 2 med cheeses pizza there was barely any cheese & it was sloppy looking. I mean that’s the only topping with hardly any on it. I came home & added cheese. When I called to tell them the girl who answered was very rude, She stated that she has worked there for 12 yrs, I find that hard to believe with that attitude, I didn’t say that just thought it.I asked for her name & she said quote “NO!” So then I asked to talk to management & she hung up on me. I called again & someone else answered he was polite & she was laughingi in the background, he told me there was no management & he had no # for me although he did say to call back on Fri. I usually Love Papa Murphys I have even worked for the franchise. The pizzas are always great. However that was my first time at this location & it will be my last time. Sad

The worst, highest price pizza(s) I have ever purchased. The thin crust was like eating cardboard and that was using there instructions. Thank goodness for the Cowboy…or the stars would have been less.!

I can’t get over how much difference there is between a store backed pizza and Pappa Murphys take and bake! Hands down, Pappa Murphys wins every time! Fresh ingredients make all the difference.

My third time coming to this store and dealing with receiving the wrong order to start, and second that absolutely terrible customer service where instead of apologizing the girls working the counter instead are rude and act like children. I normally love papa Murphy’s! I called in an order for a gluten free pizza, it was for a large group of people and it was my first time ordering a gluten free pizza. When I spoke to the gal on the phone, I ordered a large gluten free pizza, she was super sweet and told me it would be ready in 10. I go to pick it up and the man working was clearly in a mood, after ringing me out he handed me a medium pizza. I asked why it was a medium when I ordered a large and he explained rudely that they only do gluten free in mediums. I totally understand that, but if I would’ve known that I would’ve ordered multiple mediums to accommodate. I told the man I wish someone would’ve told me when I ordered a large on the phone and he just shrugged while I tried to order more. I ended up just leaving and having to order more gluten free pizza somewhere else. 🙁
