Wished I could put zero. My family and I went last night. Ordered our food and the person ask us how long till we made it there to pick up, asked name number so when we pulled up we were told someone came right before us and order our same exact order down to our sons drink. So than we had to wait a Additional 20 plus means and get home our 12 piece is only and 8 piece. Icing on the cake? We’ll there was a finger nail in my mashed potato’s. Tried calling but was informed the manger already left and they hung up as soon as they told me he was gone.

I’m a chicken lover first of all. This was by far the worst Church’s I’ve ever been to. And believe me I’ve been to about 50. First the prices didn’t line up with what I was accustomed to, It looked the part but wasn’t done. No season whatsoever! Even the tenders was undercooked and I had to
go to the supreme Court with the cook . He stated that that was how they cook them. I ended up feeding it to some stray dogs and they even said that it wasn’t good. Wasn’t anything right. Including the biscuit.

Honestly yall it’s disgusting. I got a three peice spicy mixed Very disappointed, they gave me all dark meat for one. the biscuits are stale-is and they don’t have much honey. The chicken was very hot but kind of slimy and flavorless and the gravy was watery. I would not come back to this location unless you had absolutely nothing else to eat. Sorry not sorry.

Visited this chicken spot that is close to the Arkansas State University. The chicken was not bad and I would get it again. The sides were not very good though. The potatoes were very thick and the gravy, both white and brown, were way too watery. The service was good and quick and I would go back just for some chicken but I’d get the sides somewhere else.

We always order from this location on DoorDash and have NEVER been disappointed! The food is always hot and fresh. We’re never missing condiments (which is common when ordering on DD).
Update: Finally visited the store (7/17/24). Looks like they’re remodeling. The workers appear to be a family. Cashier was friendly and I was served quickly (there were no others in or around the establishment). The food was great as usual!

Just spent 50$ @ Church’s Chicken in Jonesboro, Ar. I ordered the liver box – very dry tastes like plain flour, no seasoning. I ordered the gizzard box – it is dry, but does have a little salty flavor, no other seasoning. I ordered 8 chicken strips, again lightly salted & no other seasoning. Mashed potatoes were good according to my 4 yr old.But the fried rice was soggy, tastes like it has sausage (yes, pork sausage) in it. I don’t eat pork so I called them only for them to tell me I’m wrong, I don’t believe I am tho. Also ordered the jalapeño bites but haven’t tried them, everything is very greasy… Very disappointed… will not be back, a waist of 50$ because this will go uneaten.
