Celebrated my husband’s 43rd birthday on Christmas Day at Mastro’s & it was an amazing experience! Staff greeted us, wished my husband and happy birthday, seated quickly & greeted by our server Pande. Pande was knowledgeable about menu options, drinks & speciality items for the day! it was extremely busy as it was Christmas with a packed house but we never felt rushed or overlooked! Pande was top tier & we thanked him for working on Christmas & for making our first time visiting a memorable one.

Last night was flawless from start to finish. From the moment the bread basket hit the table through the appetizer, main course, and dessert, everything was executed perfectly. Each dish was cooked exactly as it should be, full of flavor, beautifully presented, and not a single plate needed to be sent back. The pacing of the meal was just right, with no long waits and no rushing.

Great venue. Dinner was delicious and, as always, the service and food quality were top-notch. The only downside was that they were out of Ribeye and Kansas City Strip that night; we tried to order both, but they weren’t available. On the bright side, their red wine selection is excellent, and the lemon dessert was fantastic. It’s still a favorite spot of mine, but I’d suggest checking on cut availability when you sit down

This place is our new secret weapon – especially for birthdays! We will be bringing all of our business partners and family here for a top tier experience on special occasions. Every member of the staff is so wonderfully trained and kind. You just know the management here is excellent. Our food was truly delicious and the experience overall could not have been better!

This is 1 of the most satisfied meal I had in Houston. I know u may think that we paid for it. But not all ‘expensive ‘ places have both good food & services. I would say I felt very welcome the moment I get off the car. I was greeted warmly. Then we have someone to guide us to our seat. Then introducing us to all the nice food. Issac is the person helping us & whatever he introduced, please just try it. We would like to thank him for his introduction & I will for sure visit again.

RECOMMEND!!! We are from Louisiana and was in Houston for ministry/our 11th year anniversary. My husband’s friend recommended Mastro’s to us. We wasn’t going to make reservations at first because it was 45 minutes from our hotel. After going back and forth we decided to come and it was completely worth every second/minute on the highway. Everyone we came in contact with was amazing. Our waiter Brent was awesome. He was helpful with everything. The manager Jessica was on duty that night and she took the time out to give recommendations on food and she went over the menu with us. All of the food was great from the appetizers to the dessert. Great atmosphere, great restaurant. We will definitely be back when we’re back in Texas.

Booked for an Anniversary dinner and they exceeded expectations. When do you really say that anymore these days? Started with an easy reservation, call confirmation, acknowledgement at check-in (and every service member we encountered). Special menu prepared, handwritten note on table, great seating location, wine/food was excellent. What’s more to say? Oh service was attentive & impeccable. They even called the following day to thank us & (again) wish us a happy anniversary. Who does this anymore!?!? Mastro’s we’ll be back!

This place is absolutely amazing. All the staff seem to care about the atmosphere, the customer experience, and quality of the restaurant. I wish more places in Houston were like this. Took my wife here for her birthday, and we were very well taken care of. Mario Valdez and others checked on us constantly to make sure our experience was pristine. Will be back again!
