Mom and I have stopped here a few times. They have the koney goods. We have done breakfast and lunch now. With both we have had a great experience. Food was good and hot, so was the coffee. Our waitresses Everytime have always been very nice and efficient. They had specials for suggestion and made sure our coffee was never empty. I appreciate everyone there and their hard work!

I have come here several times food always good. Not today. Spinach pie was hard even a knife had a hard time cutting, feta was brown, spinach was burned. Very old piece. Burger tasted awful certainly not fresh, fries and diet coke was the only good things. Waste of $18,00. Waitress was very nice. I will never come to this location again, or recommend it,

Great prices for very tasty food. I was surprised to be honest. I ordered a breakfast omelet with sides and everything was great. The advertised specials look great for the price. I’m going back to try something from the main menu soon. Breakfast gets 2 thumbs up!

I walked into place a carryout order, the person taking my order which was the cashier was very rude. I heard her talking to another customer mentioning that he did not need to be such a jerk. I’m not sure what he had said, but she definitely had an attitude when I went to pick up my carryout. She was again so rude. I ended up talking to the manager and the cashier got involved and I just mentioned that I know it’s difficult to work with public and that they were very busy but she did not need to be rude, she said she’s been working in the Customer Service industry for 40 years, I let her know that I think it’s time for her to take a break!

My food wasn’t good. I ordered a patty melt and it came with large slices of onion on it instead of grilled onions. I hate raw onion. My chili cheese fries were very skimpy on the chili and cheese. I was very disappointed. My server never had a smile on her face and acted like we were a bother for her to serve us. I won’t go back.

Just visited this establishment for early dinner. Very highly disappointed in the service and quality of food. Our server did not know items in meals, the menu was very short and not much of varieties, and the food was not tasty. Just heads up- food is majority premade & shipped in and frozen which is really disappointing! Do not recommend the saganki as it’s frozen and no Opa! moment, do not recommend the burgers as both my daughters and mine tasted like cardboard.

We love Kirby’s and always make a stop here when we visit from CA. The food was outstanding, as usual. Sever was rushed and slow and kind of rattled, but warned up once we made the effort to be extra nice.

Our family has been regulars here, but this will change! Although the food and waitstaff have been good, every time we dine in this Green Oak location this summer, it has been unbearably hot inside. We’d understand if the air conditioner was broken for a visit or two, but this is obviously a consistent choice by the owners to not use (or not repair) the A/C. Everyone was sweating and we felt so badly for the hard working waitstaff and the cooks working in the extreme heat! I can only give one star since I felt like I, myself, was cooking in the oven, and couldn’t wait to leave. You’ll turn away regulars with this uncomfortable environment!
