The girls here at 5am are absolutely amazing!! They are always in a good mood, friendly, and make your coffee PERFECT and aesthetically pleasing. I can’t say enough great things about a few specific girls; Sarah, Charlie, AND Mary. (These girls need a raise!) They are absolutely spectacular. Portland Starbucks is my FAVORITE location, I wish ALL Starbucks were as great as this location.

I have been waiting for this Starbucks for 5 years, since I saw the plans for a Starbucks to go into this planned construction. I almost lost hope when the construction was delayed for so many years, but finally, almost out of the blue it felt, it was here! What a wonderful day to see that it was open! I’ve been 4 times since they opened a month ago, ranging from all different times of day, both ordering inside, as well as utilizing the drive through, which is the best drive through set up for a Starbucks I have ever seen, there is no parking lot congestion as the drive through is in a separate area from the Starbucks parking lot. Every time I’ve ordered the service has been exceptional and my orders have been correct. This is by far the largest Starbucks I have ever.been too, very open and easy to move around in. Worth the wait and anticipation.

It wasn’t a great experience . The employee that took my order was extremely nice, but this is the third time where I’ve ordered one single coffee and I’m waiting and I’m waiting and other people coming in after me are getting their orders of multiple items and today I said something and the lady looked at me and said sorry the system is prioritized, while the employee at the window looked at me and rolled their eyes it was not a friendly experience at all. I waited over nine minutes for one singular coffee.

I just have to say, I am super pretentious and annoying about how my cappuccino is made. Today I was handed THEE cappuccino of my dreams. Made by the store manager Josh…. The milk was steamed to perfection and was airy and thick. It was the perfect consistency and melted in my mouth the way cap foam should. I was pleasantly surprised as I don’t expect my caps to get made to perfection every time. I’d say this location is definitely doing something right. 100% on rotten tomatoes.

I have been dreaming of a Starbucks on this side of the river ever since I moved to East Hampton, and I am so excited to have this Starbucks here! It is beautiful and spacious inside, and the customer service is always on point.
