I just saw a delivery driver hide his bike in the restaurant and claimed there’s no bike inside. The other customers just requested a refund and so did we.
The person that did this is clearly on camera and this is the worse pizza hut to ever come to!!!!

Very disappointed. Ordered and added tip in advance which I shouldn’t have. Order was delivered quick initially. Open the pie eat the first slice, 2nd slice a hair baked within the cheese. Oh no. Call the store. They deliver another pizza and the manager supposedly needed the old one for evidence. The delivery guy took my breadsticks and cinnamon sticks from original order. Safe to say I’ll be done with pizza hut.

Will be the last time I order pizza from this location I received my pizza big dinner box for delivery while I was in my second slice of pizza there was a freaking hair inside of the pizza like a red kinda brown hair. I called the Hollywood location and the guy that answer the phone has such horrible customer service all I wanted was to tell him about the freaking hair I found and instead of apologizing he right away just said no one in the store has that hair color and blah blah blah he was extremely rude and he said he was going to tell the manager that’s all he can do and just hung up. Instead of at least apologizing he was like putting the blame on me. Just want to inform anyone that buys this pizza they do not probably wear any hair nets and the customer service is HORRIBLE YOU WILL BE TREATED VERY POORLY!!! If I wanted to be a real mean person I would have ask for a refund but I didn’t even do that all I wanted was to informed them and instead of an apology I was blamed for having hair in my pizza ♀️

Had not visited a Pizza Hut in years. Saw the commercial for XL New Yorker with double pepperoni. Look at the image on the website for this pizza and the picture of what I received. When I brought this to their attention they assured me this is correct. I won’t be back.

This place served us a $13 dollar pizza that had a white bug with blue spots on it. When I went inside the pizza place to get a refund the cashier said sure!!! Like it was a normal occurrence for them. This turned me off of pizza hut forever!! Beware of the white bugs with blue spots on it!!

This was a pretty disappointing delivery. So much crust and virtually no sauce (not by request). After delivery fee and tip (even though it took nearly an hour to deliver), for this pizza photoed below is $31. Not worth it, order elsewhere.

Case number 0105220917 is never resolved. Over a month trying to do a simple change of phone number and not being able to. I can’t use my reward points, can’t place an order. It’s sad that pizza hut couldn’t care less for their customers.
