I love this Bk’s fries. They’re always fresh for me and I love the amount of salt I get on mine. I love salty fries and they live up to my expectations EVERY time. Cheesy tots, the best. I love their cheesy tots. They always make my original chickens the correct way the first time I don’t have to take them back for remakes unlike some stores . I love the decorations when they decorate for holidays it’s so pretty. All around id give a 10/10!!!

Ordered a royal crispy chicken with no tomatoes. Don’t like the texture. Chicken was not normal coloring. It was extremely darker than usual. Maybe food quality ought to practiced. Change shortening more often. Always come inside and theres a manager always sitting in middle of lobby gossiping on phone instead of managing.

Portland Indiana Burger King please help the evening crew get better with the menu!!! This is the second time I have went to this Burger King( I live in Winchester) and they have screwed my order up! I ordered a BBQ brisket whooper, so excited to try it and I was again disappointed I got home to discover I got no brisket on my sandwich no BBQ just a whooper patty and some pickles! And the girl at the window wasn’t the best with customer service she seemed very annoyed! Thanks for charging me for the bbq brisket and only giving me not even a whooper! Never going there again!

Probably the worst restroom I’ve seen in a fast food restaurant. Gas station caliber. Urine on the floor, smell of ammonia, dirty sink. All the while we could hear the employees complaining to each other about stuff. We were there at 9am or so, so not like the bathroom had all day to become a mess of filth.

Stopped on our trip home. Zero greeting or even acknowledgement we were there too busy chatting w each other. Onion rings cold chicken sandwiches hard and old. Glad it’s not our local store unlikely to stop again

Went through drive through Right after church and ask for a cherry coke with my meal the girl said sorry we don’t have that i said ok doctor pepper then .we pulled around and got our food and the girl that gave us our food was rude.we got home to eat and she gave me coke instead of doctor pepper and my wopper was dripping in grease also the bun was soaked in grease and the paper it was wrapped in was a grease mess .it went in the trash.we won’t be back. That was gross

We have eaten here often, but I was very disappointed a few days ago. My grandson & I went in, the women came up to help since I refuse to use a kiosk. I want service people not a screen to do myself. anyway, Her name was Ashley, she never once smiled. After we ordered, I said “smile, your day will get better.” She shook her head no and made a disgusted looking face. So, I said, “well, you should at least smile for your customers.” I walked away . Then when I went up to get our food she still never smiled or was nice. Other people came in to eat and I watched. Not friendly to them either. It was not busy yet the tables were filthy. I had to wipe a table off with a napkin for us to eat. The place was quiet though, so that was a plus. Then I took a bite of my cold burger. I only ate about a 3rd of it and took it home to heat it back up. I am thinking it might be a long time for us to return. Gotten too many bad experiences here in the past month.
