This location is disgusting. Lobby and kitchen are gross. The employees are beyond rude. Their extremely slow. (If you have time to wait for your order and when you get said order its still cold or wrong this is the place to go.)
And when ordering thru door dash they never get your order correct! Half full fries, no sauces, burgers made completely wrong of how you order it. And then when you call about your order the ‘manager’ gets rude and tells you to call doordash to get a refund!? How about you tell your employees to do their job correctly? Doordash doesn’t have anything to do with making our order!? Then I get hung up on!
I will never go to this location again.
McDonald’s on 1st st needs to step their game up. Because you guys suck at customer service!

The layout here is a total mess; the drive-thru setup is incredibly obnoxious, forcing you to circle the entire building just to get in line. It’s the definition of inefficient.
The experience didn’t improve at the window. The staff was unfriendly, and the food was a disappointment – everything was cold, and my fries were dumped upside down in the bag. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I now understand why Tia the general manager here at 1st street just hired 5 plus people she treats her employees like garbage no wonder they can’t keep anybody, she doesn’t train them I done heard one to many conversations about what she isn’t doing, today I walk in and she is yelling disrespectfully to a customer in drive-thru and I shouldn’t be able to hear all that from where I was standing, she never fixed my hours had me on days I needed off and when someone’s sick she treats them like crap for doctors excusing them from work… there is a man ( wish I remembered his name) and another manager name Jen I give props to both them very respectful, caring and willing to show someone stuff they may not know. They need a raise that’s for sure!!! If you want employees and customers to continue coming around them two are better off showing how it’s done!! At the end of the day it’s disgusting how much the general manager talks about her employees like she is perfect I’m not the first and won’t be the last to complain about this obviously nobody cares to handle her!! No I won’t be back to support as long as she is there cause you don’t treat employees or customers that way

I’ve been in the drive thru line for the last 1/2 hour and I’m not even joking. I’m sitting here watching car after car being sent to the drive thru reserved parking to wait even longer for their order. If it wasn’t a mobile order that was already placed and supposedly being prepared, I’d follow the other cars out that realized fast food at this location does not exist. If you’re trying to come in for a quick meal, this not the place to stop at. Food was not worth the 40 minute wait I endured. Oh and to top it off, when I did get my food from the manager it was cold and a sorry for the wait.

I’ve been coming to this McDonalds for several years and can’t get over how incredibly slow their service is in the last few years. AND it makes no difference if you order through the drive thru or go inside. Both are equally as slow. I am extremely disappointed in their service. I have opted to drive further to the other McDonald’s on Main Street because their service is like night and day. Today in the drive thru. 2 cars ahead of me, was pulled up to wait for my food when no other cars were behind me and 7 minutes later, got cold food and no drinks that were ordered so I still had to go inside to get them. Didn’t want to wait another 7 minutes to get those. I try to give them a chance about every other month but this is getting ridiculous. I’ve given them the benefit of doubt, but I’m done with this McDonald’s.

It’s inappropriate for the district manager to be having a conversation about employees with the store manager in the lobby in front of customers especially if they’re just doing a performance review. It’s very unprofessional on both parties and slandering employees names is absolutely disgusting. I know yall have a break room in almost every building and if yall don’t then there needs to be one.

Ordered food a few times over the past few months and its usually cold, has sat under the warmer too long and is now rock hard or your fries only have half of what should be there.

There has been some good meals as well but its really 50/50. Just go to a different one. This one is not worth the risk with how pricey they have become.

Went thru the drive thru at 1:30pm to get my grandson a burger & fries. I paid and then sat for forever waiting on the food. They tried to give me a melted frozen coke and got pissy when I asked for one that wasnt melted. There was not a lot of ppl here but we didnt get our food for 30 min. How does it take 30 min for a reg cheeseburger and a small fry?? This will def be the last time I will come to this location.

Nothing but bad experiences here. We’ve gone here a couple times since its close by. Every single time, something is wrong with our order. This time our fries were half full and cold. The mcchicken had 2 shreds of lettuce on it. Never eating here again

I’m so tired of going to this drive thru just to either not get what I asked for it get cold food. This is the fourth time (yes shame on me) and my dogs will be getting fed and I will not. Get your crap together on the weekend night shifts. Maybe an adult or 2 instead of high school kids alone. Just saying.
