Solid experience. From the staff to the food. Ordering is easy, the workers are all respectful and have plenty of suggestions if you need them. The food is made fresh so its not ultra fast but im all about quality which is perfect for me.
The food is delicious, burgers are fire here. Iv had the double Bacon burger which I love and their patty melt which is legitimately fantastic. The Onion rings are some of the best iv had at a fast food place.

Order food at the window spicy chicken single stack patty melt cod sandwich. Young lady gives me the total notice no cod sandwich when driving up. Get to the window ask her if she forgot my cod sandwich. She yes and adds that 9$ extra no biggie. Get home get the 9$ cod sandwich out……..it’s a fish stick 9$ fish stick on some welted lettuce and cheese, what the hell, mind you my first time here won’t be back. Good luck, don’t order the fish.

I come to this Culver’s maybe once a week. Everytime has been a great experience. Food is always great, they have never messed up my order. Customer service is always great.
This is my favorite place to get burgers and the cheese curds are great as well. So many options for food but I always get the Culver’s deluxe as it always hits the spot.
I will continue to keep coming here until I get tired of it. Special shoutout to Maddox. He has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He’s always super friendly and always asks about my day. I’ve had the pleasure of ordering from him at least 5 times. Super great guy, you guys are lucky to have such a great employee.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The bathroom and restaurant are kept clean. Wait time is great! Parking is no issue at all, plenty of spots. The food has been hit or miss lately unfortunately. Soggy chicken sandwiches and dirty tasting oil in fries. Ill update if I see some changes over the next couple times I visit. This is a recent decrease in food quality. It hasn’t always been like this.

1st time there yesterday had Cod Sandwich, good portion, flakey, cooked perfectly! Looking forward to going back. Today my friend went for his 1st time and had good portion of grilled chicken breast fresh salad, mashed potatoes, 2 scoop fully filled waffle cone and thought everything was great. Nice dining area food brought to table friendly staff. We will be back.

Ordering from this establishment was the drop that made the cup overfill… I ordered a milkshake with my uber eats order, not only was the drink on my order incorrect, but no straws were given either. How do you drink a milkshake without a straw. To say the least, I canceled my uber one subscription as well as uninstalled the app from my phone. Lousy attention to detail.

I went through the drive-thru yesterday where I was assisted by a young man named Maddox. He was by far the politest and most customer service oriented employee I have encountered at a fast food establishment. I was very impressed as it was apparent that he takes pride in his work and handles his customer interactions with genuine care. I wish this young man the absolute best and hope Culver’s knows how lucky they are to have him.

We are charged premium price. The delivered food was disappointing. I was served the smallest sliver like it was a cut off the end of a plastic tube. Just feel slighted like if I was eating in this would not have happened. Still love the food but now skipping this location.

I spent $48 on food for my family and I. 2 of us That had milkshakes threw up when we got home, and then a few hours later we were both in the bathroom So I’m assuming it was something with the milkshake. We barely made it home. Thank goodness we live close. I threw out our receipt on the tray so it’s not like I could ask for a refund. I was quite upset that I spent all that money and it made My daughter and I sick. My husband had a soda so that’s why I assume it was the milkshake

Home run experience as a first timer. Expensive food but worth the wait. Fries came out hot and salty. Burger tastes like a softer Freddy’s steak burger. Salad was a home run. I can imagine how delicious their shakes are. I saw a young gentleman working gave away a wrong shake order to a younger gentleman waiting for his food! How wonderful
