The vibe here is relaxing! Beautiful surrounding scenery and decor. Staff was amazing! My cocktail was amazing but the food could use more flavor. I would try again!

Super Bowl Sunday was our first time here since the rebuild so we were excited to see such a vast menu.
I wasn’t sure what to try once we sat down, so I wanted to ask our waiter what he would suggest to me.
I didn’t want to assume anything, so I first asked, “Do you eat here?” because I know some people are vegetarian etc.
He chuckled and said, ‘I work here’. I looked at my wife and then looked back at him without saying anything.
He then asked, ‘do you have anymore questions?’
I turned my head and said no and he walked away. I asked my wife did she interpret his response the way I just did and she agreed that his words and tone were rather unpleasant.
I asked the host if there was anyone else could wait on my table and a VERY pleasant young lady came over and walked me through the answers to my questions and made some recommendations for me. She even helped my wife narrow down some choices which is a chore all by itself! Lol!
It was my birthday lunch so she turned what started out as a very unpleasant first impression into a great one!
Her food suggestions were spot on! I had the steak and grits with fresh squeezed orange juice and my wife had the chicken and waffles and we were very pleased.
HER service was definitely 5 stars!!!
We don’t drink but I couldn’t help but notice the bartender was taking great pride in his creations as well.
While I won’t suggest that waiter or let him wait on any table I am at in the future, we will DEFINITELY BE BACK!
He was rather kind to a lady sitting with an infant at the table behind us but as they were leaving, he hugged her and had a moment with the baby that came across as if they were his family, so that ended my desire to give him the benefit of the doubt. He was just being pleasant with his family.

Park Grill is a good place to have a meal, and one that’s usually well-prepared and decent tasting at that. We went for brunch today and were pleased, though thought that the plates might all have been better seasoned. The menu offered breakfast dishes including steak and eggs and omelettes, as well as sandwiches and specials related to the Diego Rivera exhibit now underway at the museum. Wine, beer, and cocktails are also available.
Our wait-staff person was cordial and patient with one cranky person in the group who threatened to send his plate back if it wasn’t done to his satisfaction. All in all, a great experience, one matching good experiences I’ve had with the previous incarnation of the restaurant before the museum was remodeled.

Went during the week for dinner and sat at the bar. Amazing location and views and really great service. The food was so so, bur I think it opened recently so things will likely get better. The tomato pie was good, maybe too much cheese so it overpowered the tomato. The burger was flavorful, but looked like it was cooked, cut it half and they realized it was undercooked, then put back on grill. The bone-in chicken w/ pasta was well seasoned and well cooked. We’ll definitely be back soon to give it another try b/c the service and location are awesome.

We recently had an extraordinary dining experience at Park Grill, located at the Arkansas Museum of Fine Art. From start to finish, everything was impeccable. We began our evening by enjoying delicious cocktails in the elegant lounge, setting the tone for the evening. Our meal was nothing short of fantastic, with each dish being masterfully prepared and bursting with flavors. What truly elevated our dining pleasure was the breathtaking view we had from our table – the grounds of the museum were a stunning backdrop. The combination of delectable cuisine and beautiful surroundings made this experience truly memorable. I highly recommend Park Grill for anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience.

Absolutely stunning building housing the Arkansas Center for the Fine Arts. Surrounded by windows overlooking the beautiful nature trees and black eyed Susans. The service was friendly and perfect. The lunch menu is interesting and appealing. Food was well prepared. My dish lacked a little punch. The sweet potato fries were not warm but they were crisp and not soggy at all. The beet salad was delicious. Looking forward to returning when dinner service is added. Overall a wonderful venue.

Great place for brunch. The pimento cheese app was very good! The French toast was sweet but not too sweet. The start of the show was the cocktails. Definitely coming back to try dinner.

Fantastic atmosphere and service. Food options are more on the snacking-end, don’t come here for a large meal (I came for lunch so dinner could be different). Plenty of wine and beers to choose from. This restaurant is part of the fine arts museum and therefore has plenty of art outside to see while dining. We had a great time with our server Joshua!

I’ve eaten here several different times since the museum opened and this place seems very poorly managed. One time, when I asked the server how he was, his response was “well, I’m here.” A couple of times I’ve tried to come on a nice day and sit outside with my dog to eat lunch but the response was always “we aren’t seating outside” due to staffing.
I last tried to eat here during the AMFA Art Market, a highly advertised event. Again, they were ill prepared. We walked in around noon for lunch and there was no hostess to be seen. The manager ran over to tell us we’d be seated in about 15 minutes so we waited. I was surprised to see how empty the restaurant was considering the Art Market and noticed that there were only 2 or 3 servers present. I had a bad feeling given past experiences and decided not to risk it and left. This place seems to be chronically understaffed and the staff that are present seem unhappy. Makes for an unpleasant atmosphere which is unfortunate, because the food is good.
