I ordered the valentine’s day cupcakes as well as some warm food items. Unfortunately there was some confusion and the driver forgot my food. However, DQ called me right away, indicated they called the driver several times but he wouldn’t answer, and then provided me with a couple of options to make it right.
Also, the cupcakes were delicious and had great presentation.

This place does amazing cakes! We ordered a “celebration” cake online which had the traditional bright blue, pink, yellow, orange coloring because they didn’t have any specific Thanksgiving Day cakes when ordering on the app. In the comments when submitting my order, I added that we wanted “Thanksgiving” colors like oranges, reds, yellows. They more than delivered! It was absolutely perfect!! And the writing having “Turkey” in cursive made it interesting. A+++! When we picked it up from the drive thru, the woman working made sure to get my phone number so I could get rewards for the purchase. Highly recommend!

I got a large Cookie Dough Blizzard with “Xtra” cookie dough and there were probably 3+ pieces in every bite, even the very last one. Do you know what care and attention to detail you need to achieve that level of cookie dough uniformity? You gotta do it in stages. It takes time, you have to CARE. I didn’t even think they taught that anymore, frankly. I haven’t had a Blizzard this good since the 90s. Old school craft down on Robert Street, I’m telling you. My brother said his Banana Split was top tier too!

Received a beautiful ice cream cake from WSP’s DQ! Dani the store manager along with the staff were very kind throughout, attentive and accommodating when I needed to make a change to my order. Dani’s cakes have never disappointed!

Three stars for service and convenience. Outside of that, I’m disappointed it’s never enough ingredients in the blizzard. It’s just a hint of blended flavor in the ice cream. There’s no chunks of ingredients cookie or candy? Whatever the choice that I’m purchasing. When I ask for extra they overdo it and if I don’t ask then they underdo it. Today I was charged almost $9 for a small New York strawberry royal blizzard, Rip off. Because I asked for extra cake in my blizzard, like I said they don’t ever put enough ingredients in. Otherwise it’s like blended ice cream. Maybe I’m just spoiled from my old neighborhood dairy Queen. They made it feel like a real treat. Were they actually put the ingredient in the blizzard and on top like yes, not this place.

I went on 3/7 around 8:45pm. When i got there i was ignored, the cashier saw me and did not assist me. After standing around for 5 minutes at the window a girl come to the window telling me my mobile order didn’t go through and they didnt get the order cause “maybe i closed the app without paying” when i showed her my mobile app she daid she was getting a manager. SMH. After the original cashier whom ignored me noticed a receipt on the window they began to make my order. My ice cream was melted and tasted funny. For it to have been made after i arrived. Now i have to go out my way to a different location. I wont come back to this one!
