I went to Pizza Hut on May 27th of last year and I waited between 5-13 minutes to place an order for myself, and I was ignored, nobody acknowledged me. Not hi can I take your order, I’ll be right with you, or even I’ll come to you in a minute. Nothing!
Customer service is important. I understand if y’all are busy sometimes, but at least say something, let them know if you come right to them not ignore them.
I work in customer service, and I would never ignore people like that, if I do I’ll get in trouble obviously. I wanted to try out Pizza Hut, but I won’t want to go to this location. I’m gonna go to a different location with better customer service and people that doesn’t ignore their guests unlike this location. Do better Pizza Hut please.

I go to this Pizza Hut regularly when I want pizza. The pizza today (5/13/2025) was fantastic and very well made, I got a medium pizza for my mom to for Mother’s Day and that one was amazing looking. The boneless wings were great as well, right amount of spice.

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. When I arrived, I saw an employee smoking outside. Minutes later, she walked straight into the kitchen without washing her hands and started touching the dough and cheese with her bare hands — on my pizza. She and the others were laughing, touching their faces, noses, and phones, and then touching the food. I even started recording because it was so unsanitary. When they noticed, they just laughed and closed the kitchen door.
The cashier had a bad attitude, loudly talking about how ready she was to go home, and when I asked for a refund, she said she’d find a manager — then claimed the manager wasn’t there and told me to come back tomorrow. I reached out online for help, but no one ever got back to me, and I lost my money.
After reading other reviews about uncooked food at this location, I can’t believe this is being allowed to continue. Why would I trust people who handle food this way to make something safe for me to eat? This place is completely unprofessional and unsanitary.

It is concerning that quality control is overlooked or ignored. This is the second time that I’ve ordered the Box meal with Wingstreet chicken. Both times, the chicken was raw / undercooked. Biting into the raw chicken was nasty enough to lose my appetite. On both occasions, we threw the entire $50 order out and were left wondering if the family would be stomach sick. I’ll be staying far away from Pizza Hut…,..fool me twice.

Tell me how I place an order online at 2:51 pm to be ready for pick up at 4:15 and my food is not ready. We arrived after 4:15 mind you so I was wondering why all these people kept coming out after I sent my son in to grab the food. So I call into the store and first off the automated system advised me that my food was either picked up or delivered..which was not true …so when I got a live person I explained all this to them, after I said my entire thing he puts me on hold without any warning mind u then some female answers so I have to explain it all over again. Bottom line my pizza wasn’t even made yet but our wings were because they were not hot when we got home which is like 2 minutes away from the store. This is my first bad experience and hope its the last one or I will not be returning!! Pizza was good even though pizzahut couldn’t get it together today.

Paid Extra for Original Pan Pizza & we didn’t receive it. Im so disappointed. When I called, they sent me to customer service, who then said they couldn’t help me. There are 2 different pizzas in the box, but both are supposed to be original pan, and they are thin, maybe hand tossed. Where’s my extra charge for the Original Pan?

Done with the hut. Just got my pizza delivered. Opened one pizza box and the cheese was stuck to the top of the box. Opened the other and guess what? Same thing. I just paid $67.32 and this is what I get. You would expect better service for that amount of money. Going to stick with One of the other pizzerias. Sad though, I use to love Pizza Hut.
